DO NOT ORDER FLOWERS FROM HERE! Driver thought it would be a great idea to leave the flowers outside in the dead of summer. They were wilted and covered in ants by the time someone noticed them. Called and the mailbox was full. After several attempts, finally got someone on the line. Owner/Manager is out of the country....salesperson didn't know what the driver had done but promised to send out new flowers asap. That never happened!!

Ordered for Mother's Day with delivery on 5/8/21 (the day before Mother's Day). They had not been delivered by evening on that day--we tried calling the florist and the mailbox was full. Google claimed there were some hours the next day (Sunday), so we tried calling again, more than once, got the same full mailbox every time. We double-checked to make sure that our order actually went through and our card was actually charged--we had a confirmation email and the bill was charged to my credit card. By the end of Mother's Day (24 hours after our delivery was scheduled) nothing had been delivered

The flowers arrangements I received from the flower shop were very colorful and festive! I received a lot of compliments from guests at my daughters birthday the flowers were the main centerpieces for each table, I’d highly recommend for big events! The delivery driver was nice enough to set up the flowers beautifully.

Horrible customer service! I ordered flowers at 10AM to be delivered to my wife's office for our anniversary- they arrived after 5pm, when my wife had already gone home!!! When I called to ask what happened, I was basically told it was MY FAULT for not specifying a time?! The prompt online said "same-day delivery within 3 hours." It did NOT alert me to specify a timeframe at checkout. Giving 2 stars instead of 1 because, although they were a day late- my wife sent me a picture the next day and the arrangement was lovely. Disappointed in the lack of accountability from the shop manager though. Will

Still waiting for the flowers I ordered 2 days ago to be delivered. I thought I was calling a local florist 4 miles from my daughter - but apparently Rockville Florist did not handle the order. I was billed by a different company, for more than I ordered. I didn't use 1-800 flowers because I wanted the personal service a local spot would provide. I hope they get there, and I pray they are nice, but I'll never use this place again.
