Horrible experience on 30 Dec 21. In the afternoon I ordered two bouquets of flowers (not arrangements). Both were supposed to be delivered to my sister while I was visiting her by 5:00 p.m. The website stated closing hour was at 7:00. Between 5:30 and 7ish I tried calling 8 times to see what happened to the delivery. No answer, and 5 times it would not allow a message. I left my sister after 7:00 without the second bouquet.
A while later, she sent me a photo with two arrangements in a vase. They were small and not what I ordered. I ordered two "colorful bouquets". Vases were not ordered on purpose

This is definitely the best florist in the Potomac/Rockville area. I have been a customer for a decade now, regularly using them to send flowers and other gifts to my dearest ones. Rene and his team have provided the most unbelievable service over these years, creating the most spectacular displays that not only look beautiful, but also last extremely long. Rene is one to never say no to special requests and makes sure to treat every customer like family. I can tell that he truly cares about his clientele, and that makes me feel relieved to work with him.

I live in Florida, and my closest friend lives in Rockville, MD. I found this florist online and ordered a beautiful autumn flowering plant to be delivered to her in advance of her early November birthday. So far, so good.
When the delivery arrived, she thanked me and sent a photo of... something completely different than the plant I had chosen! The item they delivered sells for $16.99 at my local supermarket! I spent considerably more than that on my selection for her, needless to say.
I have written to them TWICE now, and have received NOTHING back-- no acknowledgement, no apology, nothing

The arrangement was beautiful but I was pretty disappointed with the delivery and customer service. I placed my order just before the end of same-day delivery window. The flowers were not delivered same-day - no biggie. I received an email confirmation that the flowers were delivered the next morning (they were not). I called several times both days to confirm the recipient would still be at work at the time of delivery. After finally getting in touch with someone, they placed me on hold and hung up. After calling back twice, they told me they'd call back after calling the driver & never did. The
