The service in this florist is excellent, my wife love it! On our anniversary and the staff that works there are friendly and honest, I have no experience in buying flower arrangements and they explained to me that there are different prices and in three sizes they can also be added additional flowers or remove from arrangement. You choose the colors that you like the most, for anyone who has never bought flowers and has no experience, it is good to know this. I give 10 stars for this flower shop !!

GENES FLORIST is fabulous! Called from Florida looking for a unique funeral piece with a lantern centerpiece. GENES made some calls and found what I wanted, and made a stunning arrangement! THERE creative, and accommodating, going the extra mile to please the customer. And enjoys what he does, using unique flowers, not the same old, same old.

Trying to find some white roses for my daughter's drive thru Baby Shower, apparently this florist has other location stores. I was simply asking him for prices on roses, and since I had already spoken to him at another location he just hung up on me. Will never get a penny from me, for sure. Not very nice.

Beautiful arrangement. I would rate it a 5-star. However, unbeknownst to me, the Germantown location, whose website I utilized to place my order, is no longer operational. When my "same day" delivery did not arrive, I called the number listed on the website several times early the next morning. Each time the call went unanswered and was directed to a full mailbox. I then called another Gene's location where it was intimated that somehow I was to blame for not submitting the order in time - even though both my order confirmation and purchase receipt clearly state "same day delivery". You will see in the photo that the flowers I ordered from Gene's Florist is pictured on the left - maybe a dozen+ roses and tall vibrant flowers, $65. The flowers on the right are what I got - they're generally ok, but filled with carnations, the cheap filler flower and no where as near as many roses. (Minus two stars.) I believe Gene's Florist short-changed me on flower type and quality. I deducted another star because I wrote an email asking for an explanation and never heard back.
