After attending Boston University, Steve worked for Sam Goldberg and Sons, the family's Heating and Energy Management Company, where he acquired a wide knowledge of internal systems (HVAC, electrical and plumbing), construction and renovation.A lifelong Beverly resident, Steve spends his weekends skiing with his wife and two sons in the winter, and racing his sailboat in the warmer months.

Lied about whether an apt was in a smoking building or not. The toilets have only worked 2/3 of the time but they won't spend the money to fix them properly. Maintenance doesn't exist. Extremely difficult about move out. Unable to communicate with any regularity. Doesn't give proper notice before coming over. Worst of all the place is infested with rats and centipedes.
