Harbor Management was founded by Gerald Gouchberg in 1974, and we are still locally owned and operated today. A helping hand from property management firm Harbor Management and Lynn Housing Authority & Neighborhood Development (LHAND) made it possible for Rivera and his daughters to move into their Lynn apartment on Sept. 1. Some of our residents enjoying different holiday parties in the community room at Ocean Shores Apartments.

I have been a tenant for about 6 months and I have nothing but great things to say about how I’ve been treated here. The application process went smooth. I had minor Maintence issues at the beginning and Katherine Caraballo (property manager) was very prompt at getting the situation resolved. Would highly recommend.

My mom lived in one of the apartments for a few years. They always answered her questions and concerns. Harbor properties always provided someone that spoke Spanish to my mom which made communication easy. Katherine was always very helpful, friendly and attentive to my mom. Thanks Katherine for being so helpful and being there for my mom when she needed help.

Wonderful Buildings, Terrible Management company. They have quotes such as "Unlimited amenaties" and then take them away at any given time. They do everything in their power to make sure they collect money and don't have to work. Was told my dollars don't go to ammenities because its a "gift" and take away other things that makes living as easy as possible. They refuse to do anything about complaints or service request because they rather collect the cash. If you like the place you are moving into great! Just Renter beware.

I worked for Lewiston Housing Authority as a HQS Inspector for Section 8 Housing. During that time I inspected many units for River Valley Village. Every time I was on the premises, the property was well maintained and the staff was excellent. Even during the snowy winters, all roads, parking lots and sidewalks were cleared. Brenda, EJ, Betty and Ken always greeted me with a smile and were always more then helpful. If at any point I needed anything from the office/maintenance crew it was immediately addressed. If work orders needed to be written Betty and/or Brenda did them while I was standing

I live in a two bedroom townhouse at River Valley Village in Maine.
The harbor management team is friendly and polite.If you need maintenance done to your unit a work order is made up that day.Also all of the maintenance team is respectful of you and your home.
Their is a basketball court for the bigger kids,and a playground with fairly new equipment for the smaller kids. Also there is kid friendly things to do at the office put on by the service coordinator.
As you can see the living room and the master bedroom have plenty of room to put all your stuff

I live at River Valley Village in Lewiston, Maine. I have been here for many years. The Harbor Management Staff has always been helpful to me and my family. Very understanding, the maintenance crew is probably the best crew you have. I would highly recommend to any of my friends to apply for housing here in Lewiston or any other of your managed locations.
