They managed a property I owned on Mountfort st a couple years ago. I had a water leak in the ceiling which was quite urgent but whenever I called to property manager he was never there to answer. Even when I left a message, he never returned my call. Had to keep calling several times a week to get a response. He finally came to check it and said he would schedule another day to come with the stuff to fix it. Then it was another two week wait and numerous calls to reach them. The receptionist and the manager all gave bad attitude when I called to complain that they didn’t respond timely. Of all

I've owned a condo with Lundgren Managment since 2003. And have had the good fortune to work with: Kevin Kelliher, Valentina Espinola, Tayla Robbins and the rest of the team.
Had a large request and the team at Lundgren Management's attention to detail was appreciated. Val, who I've worked with before has the right combination of people skills and business acumen.
Prediction: Valentina will be the President of Lundgren Management in the future or she will open her own company and dominate the market. I'll bet on it.

Previously submitted a negative review that was relevant to a separate management company which manages my unit in a Lundgren building. To clarify, Lundgren Management was extremely responsive at an odd hour of the night and very helpful in rectifying a mistake made by the other management company. I was impressed by their dedication and professionalism in this situation.

We are condominium owners in a unit managed by Lundgren Management for nearly 5 years.
For the first 4 years it went as it should -- we barely noticed that they existed.
During the process of a special assessment this year, though, things have proven that when you require anything of them that they cannot provide it in any meaningful way. Ignored written letters and e-mails, bountiful late fees, and even a distinct refusal to send invoices for payments due - done intentionally to generate late fees as a profit center.
We are in the unfortunate position where we are stuck dealing with this company
