Absolute slum lords! Never answered any maintenance requests regarding anything to do with our apartment including the roach infestation that we lived with for over a year. When we would call they'd leave us on hold and eventually hang up. When we moved we had to dispose of ALL our furniture. Then I filed a complaint with the AG they sent an exterminator to our apartment without giving us any prior notice. I'd honestly rather be homeless than have to live at another property owned by JH One. SLUM.LORDS!

So unprofessional worker specially the skinny manager girl. They don’t do their job on time but when you go their they don’t wanna talk to you. But that won’t stay long. Cause I am about to sue these people see you guys in the court. I don’t know why someone would pick stuff that would ruin their business.

0 Stars if I could. Property management is such a joke. Do NOT rent from these people. I recently signed a lease at the end of June and here we are, July 16th still not moved in. I asked for a new refrigerator because the one in my unit is absolutely disgusting- dead bugs, not to mention the two small cockroaches I seen crawl around in there. I have visited the apartment once every 3 days to see if my new fridge was put in and if the pest problem has been resolved.. NOTHING. Not only did I find a dead mouse in the kitchen. There was 3 tiny roaches, dead, in the bathtub. Not there the other day

This is the worst experience I have ever had with a property management company. I cant believe this place and these people are still in business. 1st off they dont know how to deal with people in a professional manner. Before they took over the property we live in and they now manage. We lived at the location for 3 yrs prior to them taking over. Everything was fine.
When they took over they refused to honor us with a 1yr lease unlike the previous property manager. The red haired lady in the office (watch out for her) kept telling me we will do it next month or next week. Finally I ask her again

Truly awful, rude, and unprofessional. The service quality is dismal. It took them several weeks to come fix my bathroom when the whole ceiling collapsed (the work took less than a day). They nearly caused me to be evicted by failing to send in my paperwork after I delivered it to them.
They even lied to my face: told me they would help recover money lost due to a rent screw-up... kept me waiting for months, then acted like they had no idea what I was talking about. I have also been yelled at and kicked out of their office (for simply requesting basic service) multiple times.

Mold mice and unprofessional just about sums it up. I told him about the mold even Peed for myself in my family to go away for three days so they can fix the problem that was after five weeks of waiting On the third day they decided to finally enter my apartment we are they by no means removed any of the mold they just covered it up he continued to tell me that I cannot give my neighbor a key to watch my cats while I am away

Customer service is terrible! They don’t answer the phone, nobody has answers, and they try to screw you every way they can! Every unit has bedbugs and they won’t eradicate the problem. Instead of doing the whole building at once they do each unit individually and only upon request, so if your neighbors have them but don’t complain you can expect to have bedbugs again as soon as the exterminator leaves. The woman I spoke to responded to me until I proved her wrong, which she then responded with “I am not communicating with you anymore all communication will be transferred to owner.” It’s

This is the worse property management company in the city. The staff is rude, they could care less about you as a tenant, and they will even cuss at you. It takes them months to fix a problem, but when your rent is late, they are on time sending you a 14-day notice. You can never ever speak to the management of the company. Instead, you are left with the two idiots who are in charge of rent or maintenance. And those women are useless and rude. All you get from them is "Let me ask my boss" or "We can't give you a time frame because we deal with to many apartments." They send out notices with improper
