Chef Jason Simon has spent his career managing event teams as Lead Event Chef for award winning event planner and caterer Paula Leduc Fine Catering, as well as Charles Phan's Slanted Door catering division.

My husband and I hired Blue Bird to cater our wedding in June for 90 guests. Chef Jason and his team provided an absolutely unforgettable experience. To this day, our friends and family still talk about how amazing the food was. Chef was very patient working with us to create a seasonal menu of passed apps and 3 courses served family style. On our wedding day, we could not have asked for anything better. Staff were attentive and knowledgeable, service was seamless with plenty of food to go around, bar service efficient for a thirsty crowd, and the kitchen didn't miss a beat. They hustled

BBQ extravaganza for our daughter's 30th birthday. Seamless service, incredible food for 60 people in a tricky outdoor setting. Staff definitely went all out to make it a perfect event!

Went to an event last week that Blue Bird catered and they rocked it!! Food was AWESOME (passed hors d'oeuvres, charcuterie boards and cheese boards), service was super friendly and presentation was flawless. I would definitely hire them for an event of my own - and plan to!

We engaged Blue Bird Culinary for a fundraiser at my office last week. The whole crew did a fantastic job of setting up the event space for a functional and elegant event. The food was absolutely fantastic and our guests are still talking about how great it was. The flow of passed appetizers was flawless. Drinks were passed consistently throughout the group of attendees and the service quality could not have been better executed. Thanks, Blue Bird Culinary, for making our event a true success.
