I have lived here since about 2009. Can't afford to move someplace better. Supposed to be a secure building but the doors are always open. Electronic locks on the doors were replaced a few months ago and have still never been turned on so the building is not as secure as it should be. Have had my car broken into numerous times so had to break down and rent a garage I can barely afford. Have also been the victim of a home invasion and the rental insurance management requires you to have didn't pay a dime. During this pandemic I have had trouble paying my rent on time but management has been somewhat

My fiance and I have lived here for six months now. The apartment is roomier and more affordable than our previous apartment. The neighbors are friendly and the staff is helpful. We haven't really had too many issues so haven't really had to reach out to the office too much, but whenever we do they are friendly and always willing to help. The apartment was in great shape given its age when we moved in so we haven't really needed maintenance for much but the couple times we have needed them they have been quick and responsive.

I moved in to my apartment at Rosemont 6 months ago and so far, I have really liked it. It is affordable and the the office staff is extremely helpful when you have a question or concern. I love having the pool in the summertime as well as some of the awesome perks that are offered - like the pantry in the office! There are lots of children who live in the complex as well, which is great for my daughter, who enjoys playing with the children when it's nice out.

Lived here for a while now, everything was fine at first then they had an inspection by the city and before that they took all the lights and fans out of every apartment and did not replace them. That was damn near a year ago and still no replacement lights have been put in and they have no answer as to when it will be done so looks like it is time to move out. I was paying 735 when I moved in 2 years ago. Now I have to pay 775 and management said if i renew I have to pay 795 and they will put lights back in bedrooms.

Pick another complex! Management is non-existent, there are no security cameras, they have secured entry but the kids around here, prop the doors open all the time, so they're not secure. When the door is locked they'll loiter outside the doors waiting for someone to open it and then promptly prop the door open. The kids are the worst part! There is no parental supervision. I've caught them lighting fires behind the building, throwing rocks at garages, and now the tip of the freaking iceberg, standing on my car. Yes. I'm not kidding, these kids were standing on my car. Came out to my car in the

Do not move in here. I've fought cockroaches for several months, been waken up multiple times due to fire alarms being pulled, and almost gotten into numerous accidents in the parking lot because people decide to just park in the driving lanes.
The layouts are nice and open and the management really isn't the absolute worst to work with. They just don't do all they can to fix the major problems you bring to them. Roaches for over 5 months are unacceptable. They don't pay rent, I do.

This place is absoultely terrible. If you like your sleep at night or if you work nights and need to sleep during the day then find somewhere else to live. Maintenance is absoultely horrible. We moved in in july and the light in the bedroom didnt work we reported it as we finished moving in on june 30th it wasnt until mid september when they came and fixed it. Our main door was broken as well and wouldnt lock all the time so we had to leave it unlocked when we werent home and it took them over 2 months to replace that as well. Management is the worst thing possible here. They dont do anything about

I used to live here a while back for a year. Before that I knew people who used to live here and visited them often, so I kind of had a feel of the place before I decided to live here.
The rent was a good price for a single room apartment which I had, they also have 2 bedroom with a bathroom in each room which I believe is also well-priced. There is a laundry room on each floor which was convenient, I did laundry once a week and the whole year I believe there was only 3 times when all the machines were full. It was inconvenient at the time, but in the big scheme of things it was a pretty good

If you like to sleep at night, if you enjoy spending quiet time in your apartment, if you like being able to watch TV at a reasonable volume to hear it then don't move into the Rosemont place apartments on east Rose ave. I like my apt and I like the location but my up stairs neighbors pound so mush and so loud its like living under a sub woofer or a constant thunder storm my living room ceiling is starting to crack and I have complained to management several times but it does no good they turn it on me that I must have done some thing to provoke them. I pay $825.00 a month and I don't feel I should

I am really surprised no one has rated Rosemont Place yet, but here goes.
As far as the Easter Lake area is concerned, these are going to be the NICEST apartments you can find, hands down. Variety of layouts, GINORMOUS decks, and pretty clean and good upkeep. I work downtown and it takes me only ten minutes to get there. The area is really pretty too, tons of trees, pool, basketball court and playground. Also, compared to neighboring complexes, Rosemont is by far the SAFEST complex (and I'd say a little more selective about their tenants, but that's just an assumption). My layout is
