Pure Hot Yoga
Infrared heaters convert light directly to heat, warming nearby objects without raising the air temperature. This type of heat is most like natural sunlight. In fact, 80% of the light that makes it to Earth is infrared, making it a form of light that is easily processed and absorbed by our bodies. Since Infrared heat does not heat the air, it reduces the circulation of bacteria as well as keeps the room from getting stuffy in the midst of your practice.

The yoga instructors are really great at changing it up in class all the time and also they make it to where it can be very challenging or not depending on what you need.

Great staff, offers childcare, such a variety of teachers and no experience required. It’s truly your own practice and they only want to meet you where you are and offer so many alternatives to meet any level of practice.

Very informative and detailed instructions, Which i need both.
I never feel embarrassed when i don't know something, and have to look to see what i need to do. I am not comfortable in my own skin, and she always sets reminders by saying "it's your body" and "what your body can do today". That to me is a tremendous help, for it not to be a competition.

For my first hot yoga experience, it exceeded my expectations. Before going, I had thought that it would probably be too hot for me, but it was seriously perfect; a much needed physical and mental release. It was so nice to move next to other beings again and the instructor, Amber I believe, was great!

I have worked out in a gym my whole life so this was an amazing change of pace! For anyone who wants a good workout and a good sweat give it a try! This will challenge any man so for those who think its not hard enough your not trying. Core strengthen, flexibility, calming, detoxification, complete body pump and an overall better feeling when you leave! You can make it easy for beginners or difficult for those who want a challenge!

Awesome yoga studio!!! The facility is clean, spacious and room is heated perfectly. Took the one hour community class (only $7) that was calming and very easy to follow. Jyssica was an excellent instructor and very welcoming. Highly recommended!

I did this with a friend and shed about 6 pounds in one sweaty session. I didn't care for the mirrors because I had full view of my silly looking self as I was doing yoga moves. I look like a slap happy beet over a boiling pot of water. I couldn't do all the moves but I gave it my best and they were kind enough to show me alternative positions that I could do and didn't ask me to leave when I couldn't stop giggling at my silliness.

Between Sumit Hot Yoga and Pure Hot Yoga, Pure is probably the underdog in SGF, but I think it won my heart over tonight. Whereas I always felt slightly intimidated by Sumit's hardcore yogis, Pure seems to embrace people that are just, I don't know - super normal, I guess?

What I liked about Pure was that for the community class I went to (a one hour session for $5 cash OR card), I didn't have to wait outside in the cold - my friend and I could go right in and pop a squat in the room. At Sumit, you have to assemble outside and freeze your tail off until like, 10 minutes before the
