Pacific Northwest Eye Associates has contracts with most major insurance plans. At the time you schedule your appointment, a patient service representatives will confirm your coverage and obtain a referral, if required, from your primary care physician. Our policy is to collect all co-payments and outstanding deductibles at the time service is rendered.
