Pacific Northwest Eye Associates has contracts with most major insurance plans. At the time you schedule your appointment, a patient service representatives will confirm your coverage and obtain a referral, if required, from your primary care physician. Our policy is to collect all co-payments and outstanding deductibles at the time service is rendered.

The American Academy of Ophthalmology recommends that everyone, even those individuals who don't wear glasses or contact lenses, should have their eyes examined every two years.
