I was referred by the VA and glad I was. Dr LeFevre explained everything related to current and potential issues like no optometrist ever had. Ignorance is bliss I suppose.
The office was a pleasant change from my last optometrist office. Needless to say I recommend DuPont Family Vision wholeheartedly.

I have had a lot of experiences with eye doctors-most of them were terrible! I do not have the greatest vision, and the vision tests have led to great frustration.
Dr LeFevre had a lot of patience, and understanding about his practice. He not only told me what was going on with my eyes, but showed me diagrams and really helped me understand. I appreciate his friendliness & his passion for eyes!!
I am not scared to go back to the eye doctor, as long as it’s here & and i thank DuPont Family Vision!

Called an was able to get in on an urgent issue. Dr. LeFevre was able to find the issue causing concern. Dr. LaFevre was extremely professional, knowledgeable and spoke to me in terms that a non professional could understand. I do not recall the name of either the optician or receptionist however both were very efficient and courteous. The optician was highly trained and performed so as to put the patient at ease. Dr. LeFevre is the best eye doctor that I have ever been too. I been wearing glasses since a toddler. I've learned more about my eyes with him than other doctors. He takes his time with his patients. He educate you on your eyes and condition, show you pictures on the computer while thoroughly explaining what you are viewing, and give you the correct prescriptions. The staff from front desk to room were professional, friendly and pleasant. The eye doctor is very thorough in his exams and it is really nice of him to explain in layman’s term the parts of the eyes and what is currently going on with my eyes. I have had the best experience here than I ever had getting my eyes checked. Dr LeFevre was thorough, and showed me diagrams of eyes and the anatomy of the eye to explain what he was looking for and what he saw. He was patient and I felt very comfortable. The office staff is very friendly, attentive and polite, and they all helped me in picking out my frames and what lenses and additions would work best for me.
