Best wishes to my former Dr. Dahlin on his well deserved retirement. My first appointment with Dr. Greer went exceptionally well. His knowledge and ability to share that clearly was spot on. The support staff was friendly and easy to work with. I especially want to highlight Raina for her attention to detail when choosing and adjusting my new prescription and frames. Top Notch service and care. I highly recommend this business.

I love this place! After my first visit I thought, Dr. Greer might be my favorite optometrist I’ve ever been to. I’ve been to quite a few over the years, having moved quite regularly, so that’s saying something. He’s just a really friendly, nice guy and easy to talk to. We talked about our dogs on my first visit!

South Sound is a great place to go. I feel at ease and comfortable with them taking care of something as important as the eyes. They are thorough and competent. I am always at ease when I am at their office.
Always clean, neat and gracious personnel. Dr Greer is very thorough in his exams and explains everything so can understand.

I normally leave eye appointments without a lasting impression. Pretty much feeling like thanks for the prescription update, see ya next year. Today someone finally listened to me and understood what I was experiencing. Thank you, Dr. Greer for hearing me! This was the best and most informative eye exam I have ever had.

I always feel well cared for at South Sound Eye Care, starting with the friendliest front desk staff to Dr. Greer and Dr. Kim who cares about my eye health and takes the time needed to provide excellent service every time. I’m happy to be part of the family there. Their office is not a typical eye care office. You are not just a number, but a person with a name. I love the small town feel of the office and look forward to my appointments there. 😊 They always try to accommodate appointments around my busy work schedule. I know I am in good hands for all my eye care needs.

This appointment was through the VA/Tricare. Everyone at the office was polite and respectful. The exam was pleasant and I didn't feel rushed. Dr. Kim was wonderful and I felt well taken care of. With Covid-19 - they had me check-in on line and wait in my car, till they were ready for me. Very well thought out process, to keep everyone safe and healthy. Highly recommended Dr. Kim and the clinic!

I went here for eye care. First problem is they didn't use my insurance for my appointment. So, I had to pay full price because my insurance would not pay after the appointment. Then, a year or more later I get another bill for over $200.00!!! They sent it to a collection agency as I told them I did not owe this and had paid everything. I don't care about my credit report at my age, but I paid it anyway just to be finished with them.
BE CAREFUL of this place!!! They are shady and will send you a bill after you have already paid. Your word against theirs...

Very warm and knowledgable doctors. Everybody takes time and you don't feel rushed during your visit. I have to mention that you do get a thorough exam by a doctor here. In my previous experience, i used to see a doctor for a couple of minutes and 99% of a visit was taken care of by other staff. The front office staff is very friendly. Love them. The facility itself is very nice, clean, modern with up to date tech equipment.

So close to folks home and conveniently located across from Albertsons. The office staff and Dr Greer were absolutely awesome. Before my visit, I spoke to Rae while I was in New York and we had an awesome chat, she answered all my questions, and had a sense of humor to match. Fast forward the day I arrive, exceptionally friendly office staff greet me following Covid procedures and followed all Covid protocols. This review is a review of the office staff, not Dr. Greer. He has always provided good care to me.
Today, it took four phone calls to get contacts ordered. Those I talked with today could benefit from a training class on how to provide good customer service. The third time I called I was placed on a ten minute hold then told I would get a call back in ten minutes. I finally called the office again at the 20 minute mark.

I've seen Dr. Dahlin for years. He is amazing and if I were rating just him it would be 5 stars. I am giving the office 3 out of 5 stars because of the office staff . I lost a contact and called to see if I could have another ordered ( I wear hard contacts that last for years if well cared for) . When asking the receptionist she said no as I had not updated my contact lens prescription in over two years . I had just been seen last month so I stated that. She began to argue with me that there was no way my contacts could be ordered unless I came in again as I only had an eye glasses exam. She

Deceptive Business Practices. Run, don't walk away from this office. I have 100% vision insurance coverage. They decided to bill my medical insurance instead, which was credited to my deductible, so South Sound Eye sent me a bill for $296 for my exam. Had they billed my vision insurance the cost to me would be $0. Loved the doctor I saw, so that isn't the problem, it is the billing and bad business practices that should keep you away from this place.
