Mike and staff did a great job with my loan- when it came to speed, keeping me posted of where we were in the process by far exceeded my expectations. Mike stepped in and helped me when after I had been working with another mortgage company and they dropped the ball. Mike picked up their mess and had everything sorted out and in about six weeks getting my loan completed (something the other mortgage company had not been able to do in 8 months of stringing me along to do a VA Loan refi). Michael O'Connor is a man of HIGH integrity. He did not end up financing the loan for my home but was a trusted adviser and absolute pleasure to work with. The negotiations on my new build required me to use the builder's lender otherwise I would have used Mike without question.
