If you want to live with bed bugs as roommates come right ahead!!! When I first toured this place I was in love. But a few weeks later I started to find bite marks on my arms and legs. I thought maybe I’m having a allergic reaction. Only to then find bed bugs on the wall outlet!! I told management and they told me I brought it over!! Only to then realize my neighbors were also having bedbugs problem too!! Again I went to management and they told me they can’t do anything about it, pretty much calling me dirty!!!

Read the low rating comments!! They have a point! I ignored them and gave this place the benefit of the doubt! WORST mistake! I’ve lived here for 3 months and I can’t WAIT for my lease to end! I asked for a service request for my fridge that hasn’t been working for a few weeks now and they ALWAYS say they’ll come to fix it but it’s been over a week now! A major problem is BEDBUGS!!! I’ve talked with a few neighbors and they told us that management keeps shrugging it off! I thought it was a joke until I woke up with bites on my back! Im former resident of park summit managed by Fogelman properties My apartment got flooded on may 3rd storms
And when i move out they charge me for mold and mildew(damages that they have no proof no pictures)
When nobody even came to clean the carpets that were drenched in water
But instead we have to pay for the damages caused by flooding
Worst experience ever they are scammers please dont waste your money with these people

Cricket court lights have not been functioning for the last 6 months. In spite of several complaints to the leasing office, we have no information about this issue whether they are going to fix the light or not. Disappointing management of the problem.

Lights in the cricket court are not working for months. I think the management does not care about this situation. They need to up their game and handle the matter more efficiently. Utterly disappointed.

From last 1 month the tennis court lights are not working, been telling them multiple times about it and still no response from leasing office, even tho if it will take time to fix it atleast let us know about the situation. That's the only place we play cricket every sunday and it gets really dark because winter is almost here and we all come after 7 from work.

Poor management. Cricket court lights are not working for a very long time. Also trash all over the play area. When asked about the issue they have just 1 standard answer 'we are going to fix it'. This is not appropriate handling of the problem.

The apartments are full of bed bugs, make sure when you sign the lease you go to the apartment and get it checked and get the carpets changed, I had been to apartments in several buildings here and almost everybody has that problem, I had been here for 1 year and we made a complain about bed bugs in the apartment just after a week we started our lease and they charged us $900 to get the treatment done and said that we got the bed bugs in the apartment, which does not make sense at all. Please be careful before you get into a lease, would never recommend it to anyone.

I work at Emory Decatur Hospital and love how close I am to work. (Right across the street). I was very impressed by how kind and professional the staff always is. They are always willing to help and answer any questions I have. The location is perfect and we have a great sense of community.

It’s a temporary location for us but couldn’t have chosen better from the excellent customer service from Kimberly & Saul in the sales office to the efficient response from the maintenance team. We could not be happier.
