I called for a car that’s in the middle of the parking lot and they told me that a manager or the maintenance person has to be the one to call. So I called the maintenance after hours service and they said they can’t do it because it’s not their property. So not only did they give me the wrong info but they can’t do anything about the parked car in the middle of the parking lot. The woman on the phone was super rude.

Literally the worst place ever! Charged us $192 a day when the towing guy said it was only $42 a day, we had our car there for 4 days so our total was over $800. So unprofessional and rude. Do not recommend this place at all!

Superior Towing has a violent and racist employee.
There man employed became furious when a customer brought in an interpreter. He was screaming at the people there to pay their bill.
He called the police "pigs" and obviously has zero respect for anyone. If that man isn't already fired, I would not suggest supporting this business.
Allowing racist and belligerent employees to harass their customers is terrible business practice.

Great service. Was completely up front about costs for a private tow. When the tow truck arrived the driver was pleasant identified himself by name and proficiently got our vehicle hitched up. Then the ride was great with an engaged discussion with the driver not an awkward silence. Fully recommend them.

Alright I don't leave reviews, but this place is BS I had to wait 6 days after I had already released my car to my
Insurance company to pick up but these clowns said I never showed up to release it even tho I showed up to grab things out of my totaled car in their storage the day after my collision. They lie and don't communicate properly. Don't give yourself a head ache take your business else where. Kristi is the one that gave me lip even tho she's the one that was suppose to note that I came out and released my car.

Please think twice before contacting this company, they are unethical, wholly unreliable, and just plain rude. Especially JP, who proud identified himself as the establishment's "manager". My son scheduled a towing of his motorcycle to a mechanic at 9:15 AM this morning. He had to take two city buses to get to the bike by that time, and then needed to be to work by 10 AM. After the tow truck was 10 minutes late, he contacted superior towing to inquire on an ETA. He was told the driver who operates the flatbed for motorcycles was on another call for the police which apparently takes

I am only giving it one star cause I can't give it zero. So my girlfriends car got towed for a dui. I stayed with the cops until the tow truck came. Concerned about some items I'm the car I called the tow yard and asked if the where a reputable towing company to which they replied "oh yes" when me and my girlfriend came to get the car, it had been ransacked. The manager said perhaps someone jumped the fence and stole from it.
Couldn't have been the case, being the SEALED amazon packages in the trunk were opened and pilfered. A thief that jumped the gate would have taken

undrivable. They told me 20 minutes and where there in 15. Driver was friendly and towed the car to the shop I mentioned. Some or most times they want to take to their yard. I would certainly use them again and give and to thank them fur the great service.

I had the worst experience here. The staff was unprofessional, they charged beyond what is legal for towing expenses in the state of WA and gave me incorrect information to try to charge an extra $200 'after hours' fee.
When I contacted the owner about the extra fees and incorrect charges the owner told me to "dispute it!! I know the judge! You will lose like the rest of them!".
I have seriously never had such a terrible experience like the one I had here. STAY FAR AWAY!!!

Superior Towing was fantastic! We had an RV parked in one of our shopping centers. We had a towing company that was in agreement to tow for the property but when I asked them to tow the RV, they gave us a run around for a whole week +. Long story short, I called Superior Towing. I have never had much luck with a tow company and any tow drivers or tow managers being friendly at all. They usually are very rude, don't have any compassion or empathy for your situation as usually when getting a tow, it's not a great situation.
In any case, that is NOT the case with Superior Towing. This tow company is amazing to work with and each driver I've worked (unfortunately, I have had to have several tows lately) is so nice, so friendly and are very empathetic. They are also reasonably priced and just made me feel tons better when my day had not been nice each time

John backed his tow truck into my car causing over $1,200 in damage. He denied doing it because he didn't realize I was standing 30 ft away and witnessed everything. Not only did he refuse to provide his name he also refused to provide insurance information and fled the scene.... But he is indeed that red headed fellow with the beard and pot belly as shown in other photos here. Do not give these people your business. They are very shady characters.

If you don't have insurance cover your towing bill then I don't recommend this service.
They charge for towing $285/hr and over $150 for getting on a scene when their towing trucks location was less than 15min away without traffic, and accident happened after midnight when there was no traffic on the road. I had to pay over $500 dollars bill for a 21min long drive to destination.
Try to call a company you know and negotiate the bill before they arrive if you don't want to overpay.

From the first phone call through the last, communication was stellar. They were responsive and proactive, and much easier to talk to than some of the one-man shops with no phone manners.
Their drivers were knowledgeable, punctual, talented, and efficient. At no point did I have any concern about my car or letting them handle it (and I typically get concerned whenever I'm out of earshot of my car).

I parked my car on a small slope in front of my garage. They sent me a truck which CAN'T handle this case. Then they told me if I want, they can arrange another truck for me, but I need to pay for BOTH of them!
Firstly, I provided all information in advance. Secondly, ST charged by time, not by the number of trucks. (the reason is that I live very close to Superior Towing?) So in this morning, I paid ST $87 service fee for nothing they provided.
