I have never encountered such a positive experience from a customer service and service standpoint. After making a silly decision to head down a steep, icy road, my car got stuck. I used Guardian towing through my insurance and I can't believe the magic they worked. Lela in dispatching was so kind and was willing to send a truck out to assess it even though she wasn't confident they would be able to help and keep their drivers safe (says a lot about the concern for their employees). I appreciated the willingness to even send someone out knowing it may not be worth their time. Then

This was by far the best "towing" experience that I've ever had ... First of all the dispatcher (forgot her name) actually listened to me rant in about what happened to my car and AAA lack of response and displayed an exceptional amount of empathy as well as did everything she could to quote Me a fair (very low and reasonable) price ... After calling around and realizing how fair their price was I called back and she stuck to her word on her quote ... When the tow truck arrived, the driver (Muhammad) did everything He could to get My car started in lieu of simply towing it and charging Me for it

The parking garage in my apartment flooded leaving my car submerged in water and undriveable. The parking garage is extremely tight with low ceilings and was by no means easy to tow out of the garage. I’m not sure of his name but the employee that helped me was awesome. He put a lot of time and effort to be careful of my car and others while getting it out of a hard place. I would have tipped if I had cash but I really appreciate the effort he put in to help me and my car!!

My car was broken into and the side window was completely smashed. Insurance called these guys to come grab my car off the street to bring it to a lot while we figured out where to send it to get it fixed. It took a little over an hour for the truck to get to me after they had been assigned, but jt was during rush hour in really hard rain, so I understand the delay - when I called the dispatcher to ask for an update they let me know they were stuck in traffic and were apologetic but assured me the truck was still coming. The person who came to pick up the vehicle was extremely kind and patient

I caught a flat tire on Rt.5 , tow truck driver Kevin , came towed me to a safe spot to change it. We discovered we didn’t have the key to the rim, so Kevin towed to to my house , no extra charge because it was within the price of a tire change. Made my night with that I recommend Guardian Towing.

Great driver- Kevin. Horribly ran company though. Took 6 hours to pick up my truck. Then they chose to hold it overnight for no reason. The body shop I had it towed to let me know tow companies do this to charge insurance companies a storage fee. Very sketchy company. Also the receptionist I spoke to the next morning was extremely rude. Absolutely no customer service skills. About what you'd expect from a slimeball towing company.

Left my wife and daughter stranded hours beyond their anticipated arrival time. Cost was expensive but emergency towing leaves customers vulnerable. Don't think it's any different than other towing companies. Shady business overall. Will use again if need be for emergency but leaving my family vulnerable 2 hours past estimated arrival is not appropriate.

Welp, getting your car towed is not something I ever look forward to, but J-E made it a heck of a lot less painful. he was courteous, friendly, funny, and just unbelievably helpful during a situation that is down right awful. I had to get my car towed to a shop (due to me being a total dingus) and he was able to drop it off before the shop closed (30 mins or less!!??) and texted me a photograph of my car in their lot. wonderful experience

After scoping out the space, he dropped a full sized van in a cramped alleyway parking spot without breaking a sweat. Great communication, great professionalism, and obvious skill. Cheers man!

MY tow guy- Zakaria was early, great friendly communication, patient, and knowledgeable ! I felt like my car was in very good hands being towed to the dealership!
This was all arranged through my dealership Mazda app. Very good communication and follow ups from pickup to delivery.
I didn't have to fill out any paperwork or go with him during Jan 2021 Covid19. Guidelines of distance and face mask was maintained at all times.
I would definitely recommend his services again.

Worst. Towing. Company. EVER! A member of AAA for more than 30 years, I've also maintained roadside assistance with my insurer, USAA for almost as long. Due to some belt-tightening, I didn't renew my AAA membership. The first (and what will be the ONLY time) I used my USAA roadside assistance, it was...since they arranged for Guardian Towing to make the pick up, it has BEEN AN ABJECT FAILURE. It has now been more than 3...COUNT THEM, 3 hours since I made my request. Now it looks like it will be at least ANOTHER HOUR. I am just lucky the breakdown occurred in the parking lot of a restaurant

I could probably leave it at that and it'll be enough. But for those who have yet to experience it, I'll write a brief history of what happened to me.
It was early June when my used car I purchased(scammed btw from Cadillac of Bellevue) suddenly died while I was on highway 99 near Greenlake.
For those of you familiar with the highway can relate when I tell you that it just died while going 40+ mph on a narrow bridge, scary stuff...
Anyway, I kept my cool and let the car run all the way down the hill and parked it near the Greenlake park and called my insurance
