I called for an estimate, and the guy asked me where I was. I simply replied at my house. I didn't realize he wanted a specific address, which I would assume most people would just clarify the question. No this guy, he responded with "gee my crystal ball broke and I don't know where my house is". So then I told him my address, and then either he hung up on me or the line disconnected. Judging from the reviews I see, it's probably him hanging up on me. Who talks to customers like that?

Towing service at it's finest. These guys really know how to work with dangerous situations. A few days ago while I was driving front left tire flat out and my half of the car went into the cliff, it was on the edge. I was damn scared, my heart was stuck in my throat. So somehow I don't remember well I've escaped from the car and I saw that the situation was really, really bad. Called a friend and asked for towing company with very big experience, cause my situation is not simple. He gave me the phone # of those guys and when they heard about my problem they've arrived in a few minutes, can't tell
