My son was there for months. progress seemed to be good but not lasting. It turns out that Bristlecone was the source of his new dealers and then his future customers. Bristlecone turned out to be a network for addicts to find and supply drugs after they leave. Perhaps their clients should only come from remote locations.

I have a family member who has been there for treatment. At the beginning the personnel seemed to be more professional, but as time wore on we started to notice that their professionalism declined and sometimes they had other clients checking on other clients instead of them doing their own work themselves. This led to petty accusations. Terribly disappointed at the end, they seem to undo all the work they started to do at the beginning.

Awesome place.. very helpful and they care. Been going here for 4 months now and the care and respect I've been shown is phenomenal. I couldn't of done it with out the help of my counselor Donna Meyer. She is amazing and knows her stuff. The rest of the team is very professional and the are also very much by the book. Not recommended if your just looking to fake it off. Groups on almost every day of the week, residential and transitional living also. Check it out if your serious
