The woman that answered the phone for my appointment was rude. She spoke low and really fast and I said sorry and politely asked her what she said, and she said “wow” before repeating it. I have a hard time hearing sometimes, and it was harsh/hurtful. I told the doctor about it, she apologized but also brushed it off and blamed stress from covid. But, I’ve been around many other medical professionals and they’ve been able to remain professional despite stress from covid. We are all dealing with stress from covid.

Due to the new restrictions and doctor changes this placed has gone to trash. They continue to change appointment several times and want you to send your child, yes child in alone to see and speak to doctor about their eyes. The secretary is very ignorant over the phone and has screwed up simple orders.

This is the best eyecare office in London, KY...... They really go the extra mile in order to supply you with an extra level of customer service that I guarantee you will not find anywhere else. Each member of the staff is friendly, knowledgable, and very courteous. This buisness reminds me of the establishments that I used to frequent with my parents when I was a child... where they knew you by name and they always took the time to add that personal touch to make the experience better and make you want to return..... Go see them you will not be disappointed.
