My first visit to 20/20 eye care yesterday. And I was really impressed by them, the staff are so very friendly and courteous, extremely helpful, and they are very attentive to their patients. I haven't worn glasses since 2nd grade and finding out that I needed glasses was no surprise for me. But I must say this was the first time that I've shopped for glasses and had fun doing so. Their selections are awesome, lots to choose from, and the girls are so very helpful, they really know their stuff. Everyone that I meet was absolutely awesome, and Dr. Napier is just awesome as well. He explained everything

Was good first year but this last visit was terrible. Early appointment on a Wednesday, got exam because no doctor. Was told she would call me with results, wrong. Called Friday and was told, oh sorry, she's not in this week. Will call you Monday. So if there is a problem, I have to wait to find out. Won't be going there again.

I went to 20/20 Eye Care of London this morning for a follow up to cataract surgery yesterday in Lexington. The staff could not have been kinder. Their office is very nice! Tastefully decorated, obviously clean and smelled nice. As a first time patient with Dr. Sutton, she made me feel like I’d made a good choice in coming to her. She’s kind, funny, and really knows her stuff! She assured me she’s here when/if needed for an eye related problem. If you don’t have a place you’re already being seen for eye issues, check her out. You won’t be sorry.
