Man please stay away from this company. They are the worst I have ever seen. They tell u one thing then change at closing. Don't believe the advance draws, don't believe the deferred payments. They just make u. Being more money to closing to give back to you. Words can't describe how mad I am with them. They have done this multiple times. This the last time. Screw temple

If I could give zero stars I would. Temple View Capital is the absolute WORST. They have no sense of urgency. They changed my loan terms a minimum of 5 times in the last 7 days and inflated my cash to close by 80% without a conversation! They showed no respect whatsoever for me as an individual or as a real estate investor. Anytime something was requested of me, I provided without hesitation but it still did not help with my timeline. I constantly had to follow up regarding the status of my loan, my appraisal, and the close timeline. They almost jeopardize my entire deal because they did believe

Wow! This company is extremely rude, stay away from them for any types of loans. I have been calling them ALL DAY to try and get information on a loan I am working on with them, and when I finally was able to get through, a man answered the phone. He answered very simply and sounding bothered "hello!" not even mentioning he was with Temple View or anything. I proceeded to look for the loan number so he can pull up the account, and he actually told me " I dont have time for this! I am not even supposed to be answering the phone for this!" He then proceeded to hang up the phone, and now I am back

Monday came and it is 6 days after contract due date. Temple View finally decided to tell they buyer that they do not lend for rural properties. Temple View obviously does not care to even read over the contract and/or do any research until the absolute last minute. Am opening a court suit against this company in the hopes to get their charter revoked or suspended. FAIR WARNING STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY !!!

I had a fantastic experience with Temple View Capital closing on a recent property. I had a deal come to me literally hours before offers were to be submitted and couldn't get approval from other lenders due to the COVID situation. I called David Weintraub in Lending as I had spoken with him before and he said he would do all that he could to make it work. David did that and a whole lot more. He was working until close to 9pm to get approval for the deal. After the contract was ratified, we had two weeks to get the loan completed. This is where Alex Nguyen, Senior Loan Processor, came in. They tried to delete my previous review, but I like to follow up and make sure my voice is heard. The deleted my long and very detailed review that would help some of you. But that’s a sign to be careful with this company. You can’t trust them, they make you pay out of pocket for appraisal, and when appraisal comes back wrong, they tell you that you’re out of luck and there is nothing they can do. So instead of them reviewing the proof of comps they request from you, it doesn’t matter. A big waste of time. I’ve used them a total of three times and the first time they made me pay for an

I worked with David Weintraub and Alex Nguyen and have closed two separate refinances with them. What I appreciate about TVC is that they were able to get creative with my financing structure where other lenders wouldn't. The closing process was also really seamless, way more efficient than my experience with New Rez in the past.

We had the opportunity of working with Temple View Capital, and their service is extraordinary. We had an investor who really needed an understanding of the program, and Nick Odle actually wrote a detailed email that outlined the program and enabled the investor to make an educated decision. The email was impeccable. I have been in the business for over 5 years and temple view has exceeded my expectations of what and how a hard money lender should operate.
