They guided us through the home-buying process and gave us lots of options in terms of financing our home. Refinanced a mortgage with McKay. Both Brendan and Matt were wonderful to work with, very knowledgeable, and excellent communicators. Further, they were able to get us excellent terms by shopping against multiple lenders, and by keeping their fees to a minimum (less than half as compared to another broker we were working with before we found McKay). I just finished the purchase of an amazing new home, and I could not have done it without Brendan and his team! My Real Estate agent recommended that I contact Brendan. Frankly, anyone can get a loan processed in 30-90 days and anyone can get you approved in 30-60 days...but we have never seen anyone get you approved and closed in two weeks! Our first lender dropped the ball and we were in danger of losing the house as well as our earnest money but the McKays pulled off the impossible as if it was their stock in trade. They are awesome and our loan process was awesome. Couldn't have done it without them!!

Team McKay is fantastic!! Tina does an amazing job with all the details of preparing docs for settlement. Brendan does an amazing job explaining the entire process of how to own your own home....with the best interest rate possible, to refinancing your current home with the best rate possible. He was extremely helpful to a young couple that I referred to him who didn't think they could afford a home. He showed them a way to be prepared to purchase a home in the near future, rather than renting their lives away!

Brendan McKay handled our loan pre-qualification, submission, problem troubleshooting and after acceptance, final closing arrangement and facilitation. Overall, I would give Brendan and team McKay an A++ in every category. As a physician, I can appreciate what it takes to get a job done in the right way and at the right time.
