I'm a frequent yogi here for their prenatal yoga class. The staff is very friendly and supportive. They very knowledgeable about yoga and the prenatal experience. The space is bigger than expected with multiple yoga studios. They offer water and yogi tea as soon as you walk in. It feels like a tranquil oasis. They have many class offerings for all levels. Also to note their sister studio is Duluth Yoga studio. Don't just take my word for it try it yourself!

Johns Creek Yoga has been a place of refuge for me since I first moved here 7 years ago. The atmosphere is peaceful and welcoming to everyone and I’m always glad that I came to practice. The instructors are well trained and professional. I cannot recommend it enough. They have 2 studios to choose from - one in Johns creek and one in Duluth - and both are equally as welcoming - so glad I found this gem!

Called this place to find out if they had prenatal Yoga classes available. A very careless and rude lady couldn't answer any of my questions. When asked if the prenatal classes were separate from the regular yoga classes her answer was that she didn't know. When I asked who could help answer my questions she replied again that she didn't know. So who knows...? Was it the cleaning lady that answered the phone I wonder, you shouldn't have a person that have no knowledge about your business answering the phone.

Great place for yoga in the John's Creek/ Alpharetta area.
Three beautiful rooms to practice in, fantastic workshops, and a great selection of classes to choose from. Love the array of merchandise and the items they have from local vendors.
All the instructors are knowledgable and the owner is very involved and ever expanding yoga in the area! Great prop assortment!
If you are in the area be sure and check it out!

Great yoga studio. I give them 2 stars bc they have promoted an opportunist - Dr Bongiovanni- a naturopathic doctor in Alpharetta. My husband and I are looking for a health plan and would prefer a more holistic approach. So I attended an informational session JCY held with this person. Instead we received "help" in the form of a "discounted" brain mapping for $380 approx (underwhelming - I know I'm stressed and sleep deprived with memory loss - I have an 8 month old, people). And then a pitch for a "solution" that would cost $12k for 6 months of care. Really

I always swore that yoga was "not for me" -- but then I over did it with running and needed to heal my body in a different way. A friend told me I should take yoga classes, and I finally decided to try it out. JCY is 5 minutes from my house, so it was my first choice. I fell in love with the teachers and the studio from day 1. And soon, my body healed and I became stronger than ever. Best of all, I've made new friends in this wonderful, warm, family environment. I'm so glad that I decided to try yoga - and to call JCY my yoga-home!

Yoga used to bore me because it's kind of slow and I'm usually doing more fast paced workouts, but Johns Creek yoga has really changed my mind about yoga. Sheila's classes especially the intermediate class is always challenging and different. Also, she really opened up my eyes and made me see yoga as more of a spiritual exercise than a workout. I always feel refreshed from the inside out after Sheila's class. If I didn't have 2 little kids running around I would take her yoga teacher training too just to deepen my practice and learn more about yoga and feel my soul unravel

This place is heavenly. They have a great respect and love for military families and allow military members (first responders, et cetera) to have a safe place to practice and use yoga to overcome so many different things. I truly appreciated their couples yoga class that they had for V-DAY and wish it were offered as a normal class more often. The workshop was insightful and truly left the couples feeling supported (by one another) and more bonded through the practice. It was really transformative. The Teachers are Top notch and train different classes eg. Trauma informed yoga et cetera, to

It's now been a several years that I've been attending classes at JCY, so I thought it an appropriate time for an updated review.
I continue to love this studio. It's so rare to see a business like this continue to grow, and yet continue to improve their relationships with the community the way they do here. The owner, Sheila, is constantly offering new workshops and retreats, bringing in guest instructors from all over the world, and creating exciting additions to our practice. From Basic Yoga classes to Hot Power Flow, Restorative to Yin, Tai Chi, and Meditation, this studio

I like this studio a lot. I love all the teachers and love coming here. I would give it five stars but i have some major gripes. The PM classes are ridiculously over-crowded. If you can't swing your arms up without hitting your neighbors on both sides, it is a little too crowded for my taste. It seems there is much need for additional 4pm, 5pm or 6pm basics classes or bigger rooms. I still love going but I am starting to dread coming since I know that there will be someone breathing pretty much in my face when class starts.

When I moved from the Atlanta area it was difficult finding a yoga studio that had an energy I could resonate with. After a few trials here and there, I went to Johns Creek Yoga and after my first class I knew I had found my new yoga home! I immediately felt comfortable with the energy of the studio and the instructors are so knowledgeable, professional, and open-minded. Each instructor provides a unique experience to add to your practice. Amy Haysman has a great sense of humor that will keep you laughing, raising your vibrational energy and your mindfulness of body as you move through your
