Radon is a naturally occurring radioactive gas produced by the breakdown of uranium in soil, rock, & water. Testing revealed radon gas levels greater than 60 times the EPA recommended action level in Western New York. Accurate testing is the only way to determine if your family is at risk from exposure to radon gas.

Talk to tax professional and/or IRS to determine possible tax deductions or potential tax liability. 6. We just had our Radon & Home inspection done for a property we are buying I would definitely recommend using McCutcheon’s.
Larry took the time checked everything answered all of our questions made sure We understood everything and we were satisfied before even asking to be paid.
After learning no matter how close or far apart properties are from each other does not mean they have the same radon levels.
it’s well worth spending the extra 150 to do the Radon test because your life is worth more than 150.
