He was excellent at returning my calls to and very flexible when it came time to schedule a time to inspect the home we are interested in buying. When I got there 10 minutes early Steve was already there.
Many foundations and basement floors in our homes have cracks. As minor as they are, these cracks can allow the tasteless, odorless, and colorless radon gas to enter our home. Radon gas is undetectable by your average human, yet it is the second leading cause of lung cancer in the United States. Radon gas forms by the decay of uranium in the soil.
A Home Inspection is a visual (non-intrusive) examination and evaluation of the systems and structure of the home. It is not a guarantee or warranty as it cannot eliminate all your risk in purchasing a home. The home inspection will take approximately 2.5 to 3 hours depending on size, condition, and age of the property and structure.

Steve has inspected three different properties for us and each time he was professional, thorough, and easy to work with. He answered all our questions during the inspection and even answered questions that we had after the fact. His review gave us peace of mind when it came time to make our final decision on our home. We would hire Steve again for future properties and recommend him to family, friends, and anyone in need of a home inspection.

Totally great experience with Steve as our home inspector! He is very knowledgeable and thorough! Steve saved us a lot of time and money by telling us his opinions about the house we wanted, and we ended up not getting it. I’ve had other home inspectors before and none of them did the job that Steve did! Thank you again and when we find the right house we will definitely call you again!

It was my first time purchasing a house on my own and I wanted to make sure I had an inspector I could trust. Steve came highly recommended from a friend. He didn’t disappoint. Steve is timely and thorough. Not only did he give me detailed inspection results, but he took the time to explain everything to me and give me his personal opinion as well, which is something I valued. My wife and I are currently in the process of purchasing our first home and reached out to her brothers for recommendations on a home inspector. Steve did a wonderful job with our home inspection. He was extremely thorough and took the time to explain each thing to both myself and my husband, whether it was something he noticed or a question we had. We got a very detailed report, that showed his exceptional attention to even the most minor details, and gave us peace of mind with the property and home we had chosen.

Steve was really great to work with when I needed a home inspection. He has a lot of knowledge, and was very willing to answer all my questions in detail. I also really appreciated such a detailed home inspection report, and feel it was worth every dollar spent.
