I am Paul Kleindienst, and I've been in the home remodeling business since 1983. I've bought and remodeled many homes and have learned many things through real-world experiences, both good and bad. In 1992 I became a vocational buildings maintenance instructor and upon retiring from that career in 2010 I decided to become a licensed home inspector.

The home inspector was very friendly and on time. He did a very thorough job and found many things wrong with the house I never would have noticed. Paul is very professional. He’s a great inspector for anyone buying a home but especially a 1st time buyer because he takes the time to explain things with you. During my 1st home inspection (not paul) the inspector seemed to think I knew everything about owning a home. (Paul doesn’t do that) I’ve used paul for my 2 other homes I bought and always refer him to anyone I hear is buying a home. You will not be disappointed with his professionalism, quality, and knowledge of his work.

Paul came highly recommended to me for my first ever home inspection. The process of buying a home is very daunting for a first time home buyer like myself. The home inspection is one of those “make it or break” thing in process. Paul made this experience very smooth! Paul provided us with not just one thorough report, but two! Paul provides us with a VERY detailed inspection report. He then provided us with a more concise inspection summary.
