I asked for a dipped manicure and the nail tech sped through dipping my nails without even giving me the manicure I had to pay for. She hurt me multiple times during the process, never stopping to say sorry or even stop going over the same painful spot. She didn’t even try hard on my nails and left them looking uneven, not fully dipped, and pretty horrible. I will not be returning and I’m very upset about the quality of nails I payed over $40 for.

Critical: Professionalism
The nails techs are very unprofessional! I got clipped by the nail drill and I said ow and the nail techs then proceeded to laugh about my reaction and talk about me while they were still doing my nails!

Called ahead and made an appointment... 30 minutes later they have still not started my nails.. 10 minutes they said... why bother making an appointment? The manager said they were short handed?!? 10 plus workers there in that small shop.. after waiting 45 minutes.. a customer comes in apologizing that she is late and she is helped right away.. bad business..

I got my nails done Oct 4th from this place. It’s not the 12th. French red tip. With bottom half a different color. They decided to use dip powder. I didn’t like that too much because the linking been two colors was ‘off’ , ‘jagged’. Just not straight perfect. You could just tell by looking at them. My issue though is that I had broke a nail already 3 days after. And then another one today. That’s just unacceptable. The lady was definitely rushing throughout the whole process. Didn’t take her time AT ALL.

My favorite nail salon in Austin - They use natural and non-toxic nail polish and other products. I’m always extremely happy with my nails and their service. I highly recommend using them. Be kind and make an appointment ahead of time.
