I love this place. I get my lashes done and nails. I’ve tried a couple places and these lashes are seriously long lasting and natural looking. Ellen is so good! For my nails, I don’t like to leave and feel like it’s a design I could have done myself, so sometimes I ask for kookier designs, but I love this cat eye and holographic leaf design!

Overall it was a fair experience. I went with a friend and she very pleased. I was a bit disappointed that I wasn't asked how I wanted my nails done. I was told that my nails were too long and she immediately clipped them down well before the tip of my fingers. She then asked after the first clip how I wanted them which was too late.

This is my absolute favorite nail salon in Austin. I recently moved and still come back because no one else comes close to the quality consistently received here. This salon is consistently super clean, organized, and so peaceful. Coming here is one of my favorite activities (even came here with my bridal party!), and I've never been disappointed.

Stopped here for a quick gel pedicure— my lady was so sweet, efficient and even timed herself because she knew I was in-and-out. The massaging chairs were so comfortable and the foot massage / scrub was so relaxing I practically fell asleep! Highly recommend if you are in the area. $45 for basic gel pedicure. This picture is from two weeks AFTER my appointment and it’s still holding strong!

This is truly the best nail salon I’ve ever gone to. I have never had so many consecutive sets of nails be such high quality and they were all done by different people at the salon. I typically get dip with nail extensions and they have lasted me 3 week, not a single one has lifted, AND this is all while I moved apartments. Incredible service, highly skilled technicians, couldn’t be happier

I had an unfortunate experience at Organic Nails. I had SNS/dip nails done there, and they came out very thick and ugly. What upset me the most was that the technician rubbed a chrome colored powder on top of my nails (for an iridescent finish) and afterwards told me it was $20 extra.... $20!!! That powder is literally $1 on Amazon. It just didn't seem right to tell me after I already it had already been applied. I wish they had informed me of the extra cost while I was choosing my color.
I left the salon disappointed, and immediately went to a nearby salon to have them remove & fix my nails.

This is definitely a Five Star operation, focused on safety and amazing work. I have only been to the location at the Arboretum, near the Cheesecake Factory, but I'll be checking the other locations out in the future and updating my review soon.
I have my fingernails "dipped" every four weeks, which means they're coated with a hard gel, that keeps my nails looking great every day. They also have a zillion colors, many with matching toenail polish.
I am constantly complimented on how beautiful my nails are (even up to right before they need to be redone!) and I haven't had a single broken nail

This salon is well maintained and beautiful — I have been so pleased with my experiences here! There are nail salons slightly closer to me, but you really can’t beat the quality for the price at Organic Nails & Lash Spa. The staff is professional and kind and I leave loving how my nails look. I had my first brow tinting experience here as well and I loved how they turned out. The drink options are a wonderful touch as well. Thank you for a relaxing experience where I truly felt pampered!

THE BEST place in Austin for nails! I used to go to a place off of Parmer and I was so tired of not being satisfied with my nails. I popped into this place and I am so glad I did! Their prices are SO reasonable and the are the nicest friendliest people. I was there past closing time and I not once felt rushed. They also are taking COVID precautions very seriously. This was my second time there and I will keep going back. I HIGHLY recommend this spot!
