Enjoy a bath bomb soak with the basics of the Classic Pedicure, along with a sugar scrub exfoliation, hot towel leg mask, and an essential oil hot stone massage. We walked in and I had no idea what I wanted to do with my nails. So I went with a gel manicure since I had my 7 year old. She also had her nails shaped, painted and buffed by Cherry. She was gentle and kind to her little hands. Talia shaped and took great detail to my cuticles. She took her time and painted each nail with care. They look lovely and look forward to my next visit.

I had an appointment yesterday (12/31) for a mani/pedi. Only giving 2 stars because I've been here once before and they did a nice job, but yesterday was a terrible experience.
I was sat in a pedicure chair that was broken, so I was unable to adjust the chair. They were swamped and the tech was visibly exhausted so I didn't say anything. The pedicure was less then mediocre. The tech kept turning around and looking around the salon, while "filing" my toe for half a second. She even tried to turn her used gloves INSIDE OUT to re-use them on me. Disgusting.

Mimi did my nails, and she was AWESOME! She was so sweet the entire time and really took her time shaping, picking out the exact color shades I wanted, and detailing my nails. They turned out great, and I've gotten so many compliments on them! I can't wait for my next appt with her! (Ignore my ugly cuticles-- i pick at them all the time and Mimi fixed them up as best anyone could!)

This place likes to take advantage of younger people.They have no idea how to respectfully treat paying customers when an issue arises and give terrible customer service. My daughter went there to get her nails done and showed a picture to the Tech the Tech said it would be an additional $25 dollars to the $50 for what she wanted it. Let me inform you that the the design was a short nail almond shape with 2 blue squiggles through it and clear nail Polish. The Tech never asked my daughter what shape she wanted date she wanted and just did what the picture showed which is fine however by the end

Overall, I was disappointed with my experience and that I drove as far as I did to come here.
One of the main reasons I drove out to this particular salon was because the online reviews said that they had strict Covid protocols in place - I was EXTREMELY disappointed to see that the plastic dividers online reviews spoke about were nowhere in sight and less than 10% of the clients were wearing masks. With the new Covid variants, it would be refreshing to see the salon return to some of the Covid protocols that were posted on reviews.

I am just blown away by the terrible customer service and overpricing. For a basic French manicure, I was charged $75 US. They are completely overpriced; she charged me $5 for the length despite the fact that I specifically requested short nails, $5 for the shape, (which has never happened before), and $15 for the manicure. When I went to ask for my money back because well, it was ridiculous, the lady proceeded to rant at me, losing all self- control and acting like a child. The staff's harsh temper and poor customer service astounded me. She continued to kick me out, completely unprofessional

I came here for an emergency manicure because my regular nail tech was overbooked. I was reluctant as I had come here several months prior for a pedicure and was not impressed. Lackluster massage. The tools were not opened in front of me, so I have no idea if they are new & sterile. Thankfully no infections or cuts, but I will never get another pedicure here.

First time going and I absolutely loved the outcome. Usually have an issue with the dips being too bulky and huge. I loved how she made them nice and thin and didn't hurt me when filing/grinding on nails. Thank you Ivy I appreciate the beautiful nails and excellent service.

Such amazing work, usually I go to instagram nail techs cause I personally thought you get a better job done with them . But I decided to come to nail salon because I needed a new set last minute and ended up seeing this design I loved. It took a minute to be seated but I had no appointment so it wasn’t a problem . He did such a amazing job the nail tech that did my nails and they look exactly like the photo if not better. Definitely coming back he just gave me one of my best sets.

visit here. Having gotten my nails done in 1+ year and was worried to go somewhere new and ask for a more complicated design. My nails are SNS with tip and design.
Vivian killed it. My nails look amazing and she really put in effort to make sure I was happy.
The team also took it seriously with multiple people asking me about my design and what I wanted. I appreciate this bc you are spending a lot of money, so it's important that people ask questions and pay attention.

NOT a sanitary nail salon! and I thought it would be from looking at their Yelp photos! I wanted a luxury nail salon experience and it was the opposite....
My first experience (and the last!) was uncomfortable the entire time. I should have left after the first few minutes from watching how the technician was filling/cutting my toe nails. She was sloppy and kept filing my skin (so painful). She asked me what color I wanted and I told her the color name/brand but didn't have the number from memory. I asked her to bring me the OPI GEL sample and I can point it out to her. She ignored me..

I wanted to update my review- my nails started falling apart after just two days, and I got gel. And we're not talking "they look okay" but rather "they look rather awful" and I have to get them removed. So dissatisfied and not worth your money, unfortunately! I would not come here if you're looking for nails that will last. Don't waste your money, and try somewhere else.

I found this salon on Instagram! I called last Thursday morning as soon as they opened to see if they had any availability for Hero. They took my contact info and called me back when they had a time. Hero did exactly what I asked for and the price was reasonable. I was in and out in one hour and my nails look INCREDIBLE. The salon was clean and very big. Staff was all wearing masks and most of the customers were too. Please wear a mask and tip your nail artists!!!

I made an appointment since Wednesday for today Saturday at 1 pm and I sat waiting for an hour. They tried to get me to get my nails done by that tech that does a very bad job and is very rough (I speak from experience) and a girl today complained about him right in front of me today so its not just me. Then they were trying to convince me to get SNS or comeback another day. This is the second time that they refuse to do my nails. I wonder if it's because of my race or size? Anyway just putting this out there take it however you will.

This was my first visit and I must say that I found my new nail shop!
The shop is large but organized and clean. I highly recommend making an appointment because they are very popular even during the week.
I told Mimi what I wanted and she executed my request to perfection. It's been three weeks and they are all still intact except for natural growth of course.
I can't wait to see what Mimi and her team will do next. They all are artist!

I was pumped to get a Gel Mani & Pedi but the service was so bad, I had to abandon the service and leave. I booked an appointment online, when I arrived I still had to wait. Why have this feature if you are not going to honor it?
They sat me in a chair directly behind someone else in which they did not sanitize. I used my own travel Clorox wipes before I sat down.
I wanted a simple pastel rainbow gel but it was the hardest thing for them to achieve. I'd picked out all the colors and the guy re-shelved them after I got in the chair. He did apologize and brought me the nail samples, which

Edit: the customer service is really great and they definitely want you to love what your nails look like. They redid my nails with a different color again and I'm hoping this one last longer than 1-2 weeks this time.
Edit: I'm pretty annoyed with the quality at this point. Within the first week my thumb and my index finger were chipped. I went back to get them fixed and it was an easy fix and I appreciate them fixing it. 2 days later my other finger is chipping.
