I ask for acrylic nails with powder and gel. This attendant let me know he is going to give me something that will last longer. He begin to remove my old nails. Everywhere I go they normally soak my nails to remove the old ones but he did the opposite. As he proceed I said I need extension tips. He either didn’t understand what I said or he insist to do what he want. I decide to go along with the powder and gel without my extension tips. I didn’t want to cause a scene so I paid my fifty dollars and left. I didn’t like my nails. They were so short and I was not happy.

Anna is the first person who has been able to do shellac manicure that actually stays on perfectly for more than three weeks. She does an amazing job and is always friendly and personable.

Steven said that I had a four o'clock appointment today for an SNS manicure; he didn't have the appointment when I got there, I got some new guy at first who didn't know what he doing, and "Anna" was discourteous and did a sloppy job. At least Jennifer Tran at Artist Nails speaks English and usually does a good job.

They should advertise as an appointment only salon. Their first question is "Do you have an Appointment?" Without checking the young man said it was a 2 hour wait if you're a walk in. I experienced this twice since I thought a week day would be different. No. So if you wake up thinking you're in the mood for a mani/pedi, don't bother going to the Avenue Salon. It's an exclusive place & not open to new customers.

If you can't handle the customer load on any given day don't make appointments and keep them waiting with no acknowledgement!!! my appointment was for 5:15 got here 5 minutes early and because and only because I said something did the lady finally acknowledge me and sit me in a pedicure chair I don't know how long I'm going to be here but my appointment was for 5:15 and I didn't sit down until 5:30...my water better not be cold by the time someone gets to me!!! This is the second time I give this place a try the first time was just as bad as this time there won't be

New favorite place to get SNS! I've tried a lot of places and it's very difficult to get someone who can do a good coffin shape. I've been twice now and the first time I went it took 3 1/2 weeks to get new nails on and it wasn't due to any breakage but just wanted a new color. Only con I had was the receptionist when I first came in had a little bit of attitude when I came in and asked if they could do something based on an inspo photo and she said "I don't know, look if we have the colors". Which I understand that you don't want to get the clients hopes

I came in with my 5 year old son, as I had nowhere else for him to go and they were very kind about offering him spots to sit next to me and getting him something to drink. Very accommodating. The gentleman that did my pedicure I believe was named David. I got the $50 pedicure and it was great. Then Steven/Stephen did my manicure. I showed him a picture and he gave me exactly what I wanted for $20 cheaper than the last place quoted me. Very happy about my experience and will be back!

Want to start this off by saying if you are only here for a pedicure you will be delightfully pleased!! Pedicure was amazing to say the least. Now on the other hand the manicure was the absolute worst I have ever had. The guy (owner) left my nails soaking in alcohol for A WHOLE HOUR while he tended to other clients, pretty sure he just forgot I was there, and then when he realized I was still there, no apology, just "oh you picked a color?" WELL DUH I DID ITS BEEN AN HOUR. He then proceeded to do my dip nails in 10 minutes and it was the sloppiest nail job I have ever had. He cut them

I love Lena and she was recommended and that is why I went. I never ever write reviews. However a guy did my pedicure and he was so rude which was one thing. But the worst is my feet are bleeding. He literally shaved my heels until they were bleeding, sore and red. I was shocked. He said he was sorry. Then he messed up my toes. Worst pedicure ever! Unbelievable! I am now worried i will get an infection.

First off, the staff was all so friendly! Katie and Lan (the ladies who worked on me and my friend) were darling!!
I loved the atmosphere, nice calming music, the waterfall everyone was mentioning, and the best massage chairs ever. They had every color under the sun to choose from and the deluxe mani/pedi was so relaxing and perfect for my dry skin.
I think I have finally found my regular place!
