Went to view this property and he person I spoke with in the rental office stated I could apply and if accepted, I could lock in my monthly rate and pay the deposit before setting a move-in date. Went back the following weekend to show a friend and get her opinion and asked a different person about what I was told to confirm and insure there would be no surprises. First I was told that the rent I was quoted was no longer the rent and that rental prices are based off of the "market rate" which is subject to change from day-to-day. Nope, not interested! The maintenance and up keep of the grounds is a 1 on a scale of 1-10 as I've asked for yard to be cleaned after I raked yard and was told it's not my yard to not touch. We've had hot water issues as it take 10-24 minutes to heat up and they continue to ignore the issue as this has gone on for 4 months. The bathroom sink doesn't drain correctly as when brushing teeth sink will fill completely the takes a while to drain they sent out a maintenance person who knows nothing about plumbing as he replaced the drain pipe with a new one and then stated we had to live with issue. I suggest looking elsewhere

The environment is beautiful, quiet and peaceful. Lovely place to live at, good social amenities. They also have good maintenance culture, recently all roofing's were replaced with new ones for the entire community. Security is perfect. Don't rent here. These people are rude, dishonest and the customer service sucks. My mom rents from this place, due to COVID-19 they couldn't go up on her rent so for some odd reason they gave her a renewal discount for 8 months 40 dollars off. My mom really thought it was a discount so she paid what her statement said to pay. Once they realize it was a mistake they wanted her to pay back the renewal discount they gave her along with her next month rent. You may want to save money but don't do it. The neighborhood these townhomes are in is very ghetto and unsafe. I hear sirens every single day and we're not near a police or fire station. These townhomes are about sixty years old and they look and smell like it. They have not done much to renovate which is a shame. i can hear animals in the walls at night apart from parking lot on the corner which blasts loud music all night long. Move here if you are desperate otherwise save your sanity.

Please avoid this complex. They took all of my deposit money and was told I still owed more. We paid all of the rent and utilities, and was told well the water bill is always scheduled two months behind smh. Maintenance was a joke. Some were good, but the main maintenance person just would not do his job. We tried to get a new dishwasher, and he would not until he fixed it. I mean we put in like 5 service request on the dishwasher, after that, we finally gave up. They would take a week for them to respond to a maintenance request, and when they did they would not clean up the mess they made. a

It is really quite community ,nobody bother each other here . homes are in decent condition its enough depends on what u are looking for . When i move there house was clean they make good job about . Renting team of orchards was really helpful . I really appreciate them make me rent this beautifull townhouse. There was little problem like my dishwasher was not working when i moved in but they handle it so quick . There is no loundry in house thats the only bad thing about it rather than that everything is perfect .

Please don't move here. After moving out they took my whole security deposit and I still have to pay for what was not left after the deposit. Moving in, I was a little skeptical about the size of the apartment.
