Lynn Hill Apartments

I’m big on customer service and professionalism. Ms. Gail(I hope I’m spelling the name right) was excellent. She showed me the apartment and answered all my questions. She made the application process smooth and even followed up with me when I had some issues with my application. The area seems nice, quiet, and clean. I am a new tenant but so far so good!

Great place to stay! I first moved here when moving to the area for a new job. The front office was extremely nice and helpful with everything I needed. Throughout my time here maintenance has been very timely and knowledgeable about any issues I’ve encountered while here. Aside from occasional noise from upstairs neighbors this place has been good and resides in a great location.

Ryan & Andrea are great leasing managers!! Very Helpful and Understanding, As well as Bert the Maintenance man, Great and friendly person. With the exception of some residents, it’s a great place to bring your family. The apartments are Spacious, and Beautiful!! ❤️❤️❤️

Been living at Lyn Hill for 2 years. It’s great. The grounds are well maintained and look great. They are continually making improvements to the buildings and grounds. Which is nice to see your money going back into where you live. I have had very few maintenance issues but when I did the items were fixed very quickly and professionally. It is always quiet and clean and the leasing staff are always friendly and responsive. Great place to live !

Andrea and Ryan are the best, and maintenance is top tier! I really enjoyed my stay at Lynn hill. The community is safe since the apartments are next to the police department, and the apartment renovations are beautiful. The only thing that was a bit of a downside was construction. They’re constantly remodeling which is also a good thing but It can get a little annoying hearing construction start up as soon as the sun does however, Ryan and Andrea give lots of fair warnings to prepare you . All in all, I really loved this place and the leasing management truly does makes you feel like family

After touring a LOT of apartment complexes in the area, I am very excited that I think I have found the one! Ryan assisted me today in touring an apartment and he was absolutely amazing, it is very rare to find someone who is less interested in making money and more interested in making sure the future tenant is actually informed on what they are signing up for. This way by far not only the best complex I have visited, but also has the best staff!

I had an amazing experience! With Lynn Hill Apartments. I arrived with no notice and was greeted by Ryan!. He was amazing! He gave me a brief tour and highlighted all the amazing things that Lynn Hill had to offer. He was honest and provided me with all the information i needed. Id love you he a resident here! I want to thank the staff of Lynn Hill Apartments for making my move in pleasant an easy. After viewing several properties and narrowing it down to 3, it was the kindness and honesty of the leasing agent's (Andrea and Ryan) that helped to make my decision. I Moved in the beginning of February and relocated from another state. A lot of things needed to line up to make this a successful move. Andrea and Ryan were so helpful in accommodating my needs. My furniture delivery was moved up and they expedited my walk though so I could have keys prior to my furniture being delivered.
