Since Grady Management took over towards the end of 2019 the quality of the property has seriously declined. This management company has a horrible reputation among rental management. One of their first projects was to fix the parking situation for which that still has not been resolved. There are constant talks of parking enforcement however… cars or trucks with flat tires have been occupying parking spaces for months. Mororcycles are allowed to take up one full car parking space. They have rewarded residents with a "dog park" but there are no consequences for allowing their pets to urinate

I scheduled a tour a couple of weeks ago and when I showed up to the leasing office, there was nobody there. Had it not been for a resident that happened to be stopping by, I would've never known that they had closed the office for that weekend. I had my day booked with other tours and it's unfortunate that I wasted nearly an hour of my time getting to this place and waiting for nothing. The pictures online make it seem like this is a very nice area, but it's not. The back of the building faces a forest like area that has a few randomly scattered, very run down houses in it. Do not waste your time visiting this property. There are way better apartment communities in Odenton. On Saturday, March 6, 2021, I had a scheduled appointment to tour 322 Baldwin in Odenton, MD. There are a number of concerns I would like to address. One, there was no visitor parking and I had to walk quite far to reach the leasing office. Two, the marketing consultant Akanimo Ibokette, was very unprofessional. I scheduled my appointment with Britain Lee Brunson on Friday over the phone and received a email confirmation for my appointment. However, Akanimo claims he wasn’t aware of my appointment

Came for a 10:30 am appointment. No one was around for 10-15 minutes. Then a woman asked me asked why I was there. I told her I made an appointment over the phone. She acted as if I was an imposition. She continued to do some kind of chore in a closet as she interrogated me.I walked out. I wasn’t going to allow her to be rude and awful to me.
I didn’t feel welcome and it doesn’t seem like a friendly place to live. Go to the Flats apartments in Odenton. The staff is much friendlier and the parking lot isn’t a mess like Baldwin’s

Parking is terrible. The later your arrive the less likely you'll be able to find parking. Now they are implementing "fire lanes" that was not there before and to restrict people from parking next to the curbs (literally the only place for people to park at when regular parking is unavailable). So now there's no option for parking close to the building unless you wanna park down a dark road. Cars has been broken too and management finally hired a security to patrol the area but it took many cars being broken into and many complaints for management to do something about. All

Use to be called the point at Odenton, new management has taken over and made this the absolute worse place in the world to live. Parking is a nightmare. They made all these promises to fix it and have done nothing. They cleaning staff doesn't clean so what are they getting paid to do. I don't know. The grounds are unkept there have been mice and raccoons in the trash outside and inside the building. This is not a safe place to live. People have had their motorcycles stolen, cars broken into, a car has had all four of their tires stolen and left on bricks. Management has done NOTHING

The apartment complex is beautiful! From the moment I walked into the lobby, I instantly saw why The Point at Odenton came highly recommended. The pool, gym, and other amenities are much better than other facilities I toured within the same area. The floor plan layouts are clean, modern, unique, and give a spacious feel. I am so happy with my decision to move into The Point at Odenton. From the moment I walked into the lobby, I knew this was the complex I wanted to live in. The layouts are beautiful, the pool and outside lounge area is inviting, the lobby is comforting, and the gym has everything you need to get a satisfying workout in. I wanted to give special thanks to Johnatan at Point at Odenton. He is more than just a leasing agent. Johnatan has great customer service skill set & understands the client needs very well. He goes above and beyond to ensure you get the best experience. I also wanted to mention other staff members, Destiny & Heather, both, very professional and kind. We live at the back of the community, the place is kept clean, quiet, no issues with parking. Maintanance comes within a day or two, unless emergent.

I have lived here for about 8 months now and love it! I have the 622sq ft apartment and the layout is amazing, making the space feel a lot bigger than it is. When I was looking for an apartment I knew I wanted… wood flooring, stainless steel appliances, and granite countertops and this place has it all! Anytime I have had issues, the staff have been more than helpful. The maintenance guys are awesome and I have never waited more than a day to have a request resolved. I have been a resident here just shy of a month. I am new to the area and as soon as I made a visit to the Point at Odenton it felt like home! Johnathan was very welcoming. He showed me a tour of the grounds and was very knowledgeable. Johnathan helped to make my move in process very smooth. Safety was a big concern of mine and I feel very safe in the area and building. I love the up to date modern features in the units. I’m glad to be a resident here

I held off on writing a review when I first moved in back in October of '17 because the first impressions from the staff were actually really great and I didn't want that to cloud my review (being starry eyed and all that).
Now about eight months in I can still say The Point at Odenton is treating me very well. First things first, price...they are very competitively priced compared to the nearby residences. Especially when you consider they are still a very new complex (less than 5 years old). My one bedroom is quite a bit less than smaller one bedrooms in most of the Ft Meade/Odenton/Hanover

As we close out our lease here in the coming month I can do nothing but sing the praises of the units and the staff here. There was really no negative difference between the new and old management companies. Rent might have been more than what I have been used to paying but between two states and like 8 different rental properties this has been my best experience!

I've been living here for about 3 weeks now and I like it so far! Its modern, quiet, and beautiful. I'll share my initial experiences up until now in hopes of helping someone looking for a new place to call home. My initial contact with Jonathan was OUTSTANDING! I called in on a Saturday, a very busy day, but he still managed to answer my many questions in a professional manner. I shared with him my desires in a new home and he had the perfect unit for me. You will not believe this place! The lobby is breathtaking. The common area has a beautiful counter/island & sink & will make for a great place to hang out. The exercise center is state-of-the-art. The courtyard/pool area isn't quite finished yet but looks like it will be awesome-with fire tables, gas grills, & nice furniture.
The apartments are unreal. The ground floor & 4th floor units have 11' ceilings, which makes them feel more than spacious. The designs and appointments are extremely convenient. The rates are commensurate with the area & completely in line with the amenities.
