Pros:
• Maintenance is so fast and friendly.
• Most needed stores are within a 10min radius.
• The area is quite and calm.
• Finding parking is never an issue.
Cons:
• If you live in a solo floor plan, chances are deliveries will get missed since there aren’t any signs to let people know that there are more apartments behind the buildings.
• The apartment was handed to us in a very ‘used’ state. Carpet was lifting, bathroom clearly housed a pet, and the walkway outside is not the best. We also dealt with roaches and fleas that did not go away with pest control.

So, I’ve lived here 10 years, our maintenance team is AMAZING! The pool is crystal clear and gorgeous. A few weeks ago my air conditioning was freezing, inside and out. They sent out 2 different contractors to bandaid it until they ordered an entire new air handler and outside condenser unit. I can say my house is now chilly and comfortable. I think they would’ve come earlier but I got the variant and didn’t feel safe for maintenance and contractors to come into my home. I just want to Thank everyone, Kevin, Gary, Dan in corporate and of course C & C plumbing and heating for a beautiful clean

This place was decent when my wife and I moved in 3 years ago. We watched it slowly go downhill from there. From the noisy rude neighbors, to the constant issues we had in our apartment. The lack of care from maintenance is ridiculous. We had a clogged line that flooded our apartment and all they did was stick a blower in to “dry” the carpet which did absolutely nothing. So happy we moved.

I haven't even moved in yet and I feel as though this place and the women in the leasing office deserve a good review. (Nicole and Yvette also deserve a raise 😉) So far my experience with The Pointe at Harpers Mill has been great so far, prior to moving in they made quick adjustments to accommodate my family and I. I've also had no issues trying to get in contact regarding concerns or questions. I would definitely recommend living here!

The neighborhood was great with lots of kids. However, I had mold growing all over my house, in closets, bathroom and my living room ceiling. They would come and paint over it never getting the mold out. I lived there for two years and paid my rent on time every month. When my lease was up I decided to move, but since I didn’t let the office know I was moving two months in advance (even though my lease was over) I was charged an entire months rent, but not allowed to live there during that month. I moved in about a month ago and have nothing but great things to say about the staff and community. I was a little reluctant given some of the reviews but have run into only 1 maintenance issue and it was taken care of within an hour of me calling. The office staff is friendly and helpful. The gym is always clean and it's nice to have it on property. Would 100% recommend to anyone I know looking for a townhouse rental.

Within the first few months of moving in, there was a pipe burst in the neighbors house that flooded our apartment and then the main line clogged shortly after that flooded our apartment with sewage water. Both the times, huge fans were installed in our house to dry the carpets and we were left paying $300+ in electricity bills for 2 months. No carpets were replaced after sewage water flooded the apartment, the management said the carpet company "uses bio-cleaning

We've lived here for a year and plan on renewing our lease :) Great location, the neighborhood is relatively quiet at night. I come home late at times and there is always normally a place to park right outside my door. Maintenance crew is phenomenal! They are fast and prompt.
The only reason that I am not giving this rating 5 stars is because the walls are pretty thin (im kind of used to it now) and sometimes when my neighbors cook, we can smell the aromas in our apartment. I am assuming when we cook, our neighbors can smell our food as well. I HATE these things, but the good outweigh the bad

I've enjoyed my 6 years living here. I'm in the final months of my last lease on this apartment, only because I'm looking for a bigger place with my brother now. We may try one of their bigger units, but we are also comparing other properties before we make a final decision.
I can attest to the SOLO apartment being very spacious & comfortable. The neighborhood is nice & quiet. There are some occasional occurrences of ignorant dog owners not picking up after their dogs (not the norm though). Parking has, at times, been an issue (namely during high occupancy periods & holidays). This could be addressed

I lived at this apartment complex for close to 3 years. The rent started out reasonable but they spike the price after the first year. The leasing office is almost impossible to get ahold of on the phone and you will need to wait for a call back. The apartment complex staff gave my personal information to another resident because their package was accidentally delivered to my apartment and it took me a week to get it to the leasing office because i was out of town. After I moved out the leasing office accidentally charged me an entire extra month's rent which I had to drive to the corporate leasing
