In addition to traditional therapies, I utilize art therapy as an alternative form of communication; it can be a way to talk without talking. No experience or training in art is necessary to benefit from art therapy, only the willingness to express yourself and engage in the creative process.

What is Telehealth? Telehealth is the use of technology to remotely provide clinical services, which includes a range of options such as using a landline telephone, cell phone, and internet, as well as text, email, and interactive video-conferencing. Telehealth is also referred to as Telemedicine, TeleMental Health, TelePsychology, and Internet-based psychotherapy.
Art therapy is a combination of using art materials and techniques, the creative process, and verbal therapy approaches. No experience or training in art is necessary to benefit - you only need the willingness to express yourself. The focus is on the therapeutic process of art making and reflection, and not on the final art product (like it would be in an art education class).
We all know that we're supposed to eat fresh fruits and vegetables, yet only about 10% of adults actually eat the recommended daily servings. Have you ever paid much attention to how you eat? Not just what you eat, but the process of eating, when you eat (chrono-nutrition), and how different foods make you feel?
Art therapy-based professional services - presentations, consultations, and trainings are available for mental health professionals and agencies, rates vary. Payments are due at the time of service and are accepted in the form of debit/credit cards (Visa, Discover, MC, AmEx), HSA/FSA insurance cards, and checks.
