Dr. Harvey is founder and Executive Director of NCWC. He holds a doctorate through Concordia University, Portland and earned his master's in counseling from the University of Iowa. Since establishing NCWC in 1996, John has promoted the integration of Eastern healing methods with conventional substance abuse and mental health treatment.
