Moved us into a flea infested apartment unit back in May. We were there for three days and our brand new couches and rugs were covered in fleas. My cat had to stay at the vet to be treated from the fleas. Nora, the office manager, knew about the infestation because pest control told her days before we moved in that the unit was unlivable because it was “one of the worst infestations he’s ever seen” and she still let us move in without telling us. Awful business and awful people.

Moved in about 4 years ago and we love it. Nora in the office is always very helpful and friendly. Joseph in maintenance wonderful. Always answers our work orders that day if not the next. He is kind and courteous not only to me but my home and my animals. The complex is well maintained and pretty quiet compared to other apartment complex I have lived in before. We are very happy here and don't plan on leaving any time soon.

I moved from the Next Apartments to the Flats. It's like I went from Hell to Heaven in 1 single move. The flats has been 5/5 stars since I moved here. I had 2 maintenance problems, I put in the work order and Joseph the maintenance man was here within 30 minutes. Guy came in and fixed everything, 100% great dude. Ms Nora was one of the sweetest women I've meet in my life. If I have any questions she always is there for me. Big thank you out to the Team at the Flats.

I love my one bedroom apartment with screened in porch. The office staff is always courteous, helpful, and efficient. Thank you Brandy, Nora and Joseph. I love my neighbors. They are kind, with children who are just a joy to talk to. It is a very quiet community with pool, gym, activities which everyone is invited often. There is a laundry room on site along with private washer and dryers in larger units. It is animal friendly and the my neighbors let me share their pets with me. I love my apartment with large rooms and porch. Thank you for my living experience at the Flats Nora, Brandy and a maintenance

For the time that I have lived at The Flats, it has been a very enjoyable time. The people here are very polite, courteous, and willing to help with all accommodations and questions that any resident may have. The apartments are very nice to live in and the neighbors are pleasant to be around. I would definitely recommend giving this place a look if you need a place to live.

My husband and I have lived at the Flats for over a year. There staff is very friendly and genuinely care about the tenants. We have had no issues. Our apartment is bug free and the grounds are well maintained. Through out the year they have activities in the club house. Last week they had a movie by the pool on a giant outdoor screen. It was a lot of fun swimming and enjoying a movie with my neighbors. Looking forward to the next party. Nora, Brandi,Joseph and of course Flats himself (the local tuxedo cat that camps in the office and visits the tenants for treats) truly make it feel like a community

The staff made our out of state move simple. They are godsends and if the idea of renting from good people matters to you then look here. Ask for Nora, she's literally the best. I was so enthused by her great attitude and help that I had a pizza ordered to her from across the country.
Updated: The maintenance was horrible and negligent, because they didn't answer the emergency line the apartment was flooded from plumbing damage from the ceiling. Pretty much everything was ruined. We had been calling maintenance for weeks to come check out the weird plumbing issues and they just never showed. I

The service at this apartment is great. I don’t have one of the remodeled units so my fixtures are kind of getting up there in age, but everything works great and it’s an amazing layout for the price. But where these apartments really shine is the service from the employees. Anytime I need to deal with the office staff they’re always super friendly and helpful, my problem is always resolved before I even leave. And the maintenance crew is out of this world. Do not rent any of their apartments unless you plan to live there for the rest of your life. The new management is terrible. If you ever move out, they will come after you and all of your money. That is all they care about. Half the tenants are loud, litter everywhere, and vanish before getting evicted because they don't pay rent. Its infested with pests and several times after we requested pest control, we received emails saying it was completed when we had been home ALL DAY and no one ever came by. The "wood floors" are vinyl and will peel up. Repairs from previous tenants are obvious and poor
