Loved this apartment complex. Lived here for a couple years, didn't have any major issues and the leasing office ladies are excellent. Na'dean is personable and has top notch customer service, along with the rest of the leasing ladies and the leasing manager is great as well!! The apartments are huge, the flooring is very nice! The amenities are awesome, although they were closed down last year due to COVID, but that wasn't the apartments fault! Stay here, you'll love it! I did! I only moved because i was transferred out of state! If i ever move back, I would rent there again

I came to VA Beach back in 2018 and this was one of the apartments on my search for a place to live. The staff was really nice and friendly. Every since then i have been convinced to stay put and not move. Anytime i put in a maintenance request they come within a few days to ensure they fix whatever is causing the issue. They have been amazing in my time here and i am truly thankful for what they have done for me so far. I most definitely recommend to check it out and stay if it’s in your price range.

I do not live in this complex, but I have several friends that do, I visit relatively regularly at least once a week. When I'm in the area. It has really gone downhill after the past year, people selling drugs out of the buildings all day and night, literally trash and dog feces everywhere, maintenance on the hallways and exterior of the building are almost nonexistent, when I first started visiting it seemed nice, I don't know what changed, but unless you like fights in the parking lot at two and 3 o'clock in the morning and your vehicle getting broken into, I would not recommend

Let's start off on a high note. I appreciated having our own washer and dryer in the unit opposed to off site laundry or a communal set up like other apartment complexes. I also appreciated that it was in a relatively central location. That's about it.

I love it here and wanted to give my personal opinion. It is a great community with very nice and friendly office staff. They are always willing to help and answer questions no matter how much I bug them lol i also noticed that they pretty much know everyone by name which is pretty cool
The outside is well kept and the halls have improved since they've been cleaning it regularly. The parking lot doesn't get too congested which is a big deal for me. ALSO - if you don't have a shopping cart, that would be ideal to invest in if you live above the first level. Carrying groceries isn't the most fun

I've read reviews of people having trouble with "thin walls" And noisy neighbors.
I have yet to have any trouble with noisy neighbors or the "thin walls". My 3 months here have been great so far. Applying for an apartment wasn't difficult either. I was able to apply while still on deployment, granted my wife was the one pushing the forms and forwarding emails for me.
All in all the the place is really nice and dog friendly! My only regret is not applying for an apartment with a balcony.

Since moving in I have absolutely loved it! Nadean and the leasing office are so incredible and will do anything to help you out. They even put the packages outside of my door inside my apartment while I was out of the state. They truly go above and beyond and I could not ask to live in a more lovely apartment building!

My main complaint here was how smelly the floors would be because of the "valet trash" and how inconsiderate maintenance was. There was multiple times I needed something fixed and they wouldn't respond till I had to finally go to the leasing office or call multiple times. ANOTHER thing is one time I was in california and had accidentally took my husbands keys with me so he called emergency maintenance so they could help let him in and they gave him an hour estimate to arrive and help out.. THEY NEVER CAME. They called him the next day and asked if he still needed help. My husband

I just want to say that I only have a couple of weeks left in my lease and I couldn't be HAPPIER! From the upstairs neighbors stomping and banging around all damn day to my next door neighbor talking at 3:42am as we speak like he's in a public speaking class, I CAN'T WAIT!!! Lack of parking with no assigned spaces, people not picking up after their dogs, people fighting outside at 2am, the leasing office not being responsive to emails and calls...This is what I've dealt with! Definitely NOT worth the price folks! Way too expensive to have to put up with!!! There

Nothing luxurious about these apartments! I have averaged one work order a month for the last 6 months ranging from having to have the refrigerator replaced to having ply wood for a bathroom floor for the last 2 months and no one will tell me when it will be fixed!! 2 months without a bathroom floor! I have no lights in the living room for over a week because of water flowing through the electrical circuit of the ceiling fan! And of course there is nothing that can be done! DO NOT lease here!!!

Lived here 13 months and we had a great experience! Nadean was very personable and always asked how we were. She always made sure we had everything we needed! Made the moving in and moving out process a breeze.
Maintenance was super friendly. Our microwave was broken and they came a few days later and fixed it in minutes.

*UPDATE* so I have been living here for over a month now and it is still stellar. Only complaint is that the walls are SUPER thin and I feel like I have to tip toe around my apartment not to disturb anyone which is kind of annoying but I'm willing to do it. If I'm in my bedroom, I can hear my neighbors when they are talking but if I'm in my living room it's fine. Everyone seems super mindful of the thin walls so any time before 9 am and after 9 pm, I don't hear a peep. Other than that, it is perfect. Having a 4th floor corner apartment definitely has its perks and is worth
