Arranging a picnic for corporate events, birthdays, family reunions, or other celebrations can be a great way to enjoy good food with great company outdoors. Preparing and transporting food and cooking it at your location can be a major hassle. Corky's Catering offers a full range of top-quality picnic catering services to bring delicious food to campgrounds, backyards, and other outdoor venues all over the Chicago area.
Corky's is a full service caterer. We can do it all, from delivery and set-up to serving and tending bar! We'll help as much as or as little as you want. There is no need to make a lot of calls when you are using Corky's. One call does it all! You may pick up your order at our centrally located facility in Addison, Illinois, at a previously arranged time and date.
We offer four levels of food service: buffet catering, family style catering, plated catering and stations. We offer four options, pick up, drop off, drop off with set-up and on site-staffed service. Certain items are delivered hot and ready to serve. However, to avoid overcooking, and since some items taste best when heated just before serving, you may need to heat select items to serving temperature.

We recently celebrated our 50th wedding anniversary and the whole experience with Kristina from the first inquiry to getting the final quote was very pleasant. We had many questions that were answered timely. Customer service was great and the food was amazing. Thank you and your staff for your participation in making our 50th anniversary a hit. Corky’s was such a wonderful vendor to work with! Kristina took care of us from start to finish and I am so thankful for her service! We had picked from CPD’s list of preferred vendors and I am very glad we did! Everyone said that our food was great and that it was such a beautiful setup. We had used Corky’s for all of our rentals except the tables and it was lovely from start to finish. Kristina also has a great response time to all of my lengthy emails and was so helpful in answering all of my questions. We actually did a taste test before officially booking and I was really glad for it

My husband and I hired Corky's Catering for our winter wedding at Garfield Park Conservatory after reading many positive reviews about the company. We couldn't have been happier with our decision! We dealt with Kristina Hickey who was extremely professional throughout the entire process, answered all of our questions, took notes of what was important to us, and removed any stress associated with planning a wedding. What was really a nice touch is that she had bottles of Korbel champagne, my mother-in-law's favorite, after we briefly mentioned that was her preferred brand. It was

I hired Corky's to cater a day event for me. The week before the event, I received an email of the invoices to be sure all info was correct and to make any changes if needed. I noticed the delivery address was wrong so I corrected the address.
Day 1 was perfect. The woman that delivered the food was wonderful. She even set everything up for us before she left which I was thrilled with.
Day 2 not so much. I received a call from the delivery guy saying he was at the location. I informed him that I just arrived and that I'd meet him in front of the building. Five minutes pasted and I called

Amazing food and amazing staff!
We had a reception party mid October 2019. Prior to the event, Corky's was great with helping us decide the menu and try the food we selected at a tasting session. We ended up having the herb roasted chicken, beef bourggrilled veggies, beef bourguignon, cheese mostaccioli, garden salad, roasted veggies for a buffet, and swedish meatballs, warm tomato soup shooters, and whipped goat cheese crostini as passed appetizers. Everyone complimented on the food- it was very delicious (especially the chicken). Corky's staff was very great, everyone was very friendly

Went to an event that was a sit down dinner recently that used Corky's. I was not impressed with the food, it was slop on a plate. Meat was gross and sides not much better. Service was awful as it to took forever to serve food to everyone. By the time some people got food others had finished. I gave it two stars because staff was super friendly and on top of cleaning up tables when people finished.

I ordered catering for my family (20 people) for Christmas eve dinner using their Holiday Menu. Keep in mind you will be charged $10 fee because it's for a Holiday.
I've placed my order via email and they contacted me within 48 hrs.
Easy to place the order and overall simple process. I placed the order for drop-off on the 24th of December.
Right now my rating is at the middle, 3 star at A-ok. Hopefully that will change for the better.

I used them for a wedding shower. We had herb chicken and three cheese ravioli with potato salad and side salad. Everyone loved the food! I had never ordered these two main items before, but I highly recommend both. Ordering was easy and she was so helpful! Delivery was right in the middle of the timing window and he was very cordial and friendly. I would not hesitate to use them again.

Hired them for our company picnic-needed tables and chairs, and of course the food.
THE CHAIRS AND TABLES NEVER SHOWED UP! We had to improvise with where people had to sit (on the ground, in the wet grass), and also where to put the food. Talked to the owners a few times, and they said they had been on their way with the tables and chairs for 2.5 hours, giving me some BS excuse that they had gotten pulled over on the highway-apologized 200 times, sent trays of appetizers that got there BEFORE the tables and chairs eventually did-3.5 hours later. The good news is- I have now tried Corky's catering at both a wedding and fundraiser! The bad news is- I still give you one star. The catering services of yours that I have experienced were ok- there were even some decent highlights in the appetizers especially from what I recall. (I won't include food details here because it's sort of weird to talk about things that happened a long time ago through Yelp, in my humble opinion......)

Corky's catered our wedding this weekend and the food was amazing. Samantha, our coordinator at Corky's was amazing!! Her food picks were way better than mine :) 9 times out of 10 my husband and I went with her picks. They made our day so easy on us...from the food, to set up, linens, center pieces!! They helped us pull off a beautiful wedding!! The food was wonderful!! The service seamless and the price was right!! BOOK Em'!!! :)

Corky's catered our wedding (~160 guests) this past weekend, and the food was delicious! As someone who is typically not a fan of wedding food, I was really impressed with their dishes. Guests also raved about the food after the wedding.
In addition to taste, their catering was very affordable. Corky's beat out the prices of every caterer we had previously looked at and worked very hard to stay within our budget. We did a double take on the final cost; it was a steal! Other places would have charged double for the amount of food (especially proteins) they cooked for our wedding

We had a large party at our home 10-03-15 for 80 guests.
We were very happy with the food.
All our guests enjoyed the food.
We had a assistant come by the house
From Corey's to help heat the food and clean up.
Her name was Natalie. She was great !

I had Corky's cater for my wedding. It was a buffet style with beef, chicken, mostaccioli, corn & potato wedges. Everyone loved the food. I even got a compliment from someone who went to a wedding in the Willis Tower the weekend before, they said that our food was better than theirs.
The only thing that bothered me, was that I had A LOT of food left over, almost half. I told the catering company that my count went down about 50 people, but they insisted that I kept the count at 150 people instead of 100. I'm not sure what they are putting in their food, but it deserves 5 stars for taste alone. *shudders* Kisses fingers just pure goodness!
Corky's caters the kind of food that you can't eat everyday, but then again why would you want to eat a holiday spread everyday, right? It's good enough to make you wish you could. The turkey separates from the bone like it was cut with a high powered laser! The sides - mashed potatos, green beans, macoroni and cheese are fit for a king!
The staff is courteous, responsive, and very organized
