Very unhappy with liberty mills apartments. We moved my mother in law in and to say we were unhappy was to put it lightly. The landscape is a mess and never maintained well. Weeds were everywhere. The apartment itself upon move in was dirty. The toilet was dirty and the tub had smears of some kind. We had to clean it before she could use it.The bedroom window didn’t open. The carpet had a hole in it. The latch on the living room window was broken and didn’t lock and the door to the back patio was very dirty and looked like something brown was running down the door. I’ve lived at Liberty Mills for nearly a year. The place is awesome. My apartment upon move in was freshly cleaned and painted and the carpets had been washed. The move in process was easy, making payments through the auto payment system has been a breeze, and the service is awesome. Maintenance is easy to get a hold of for any repairs. The office is easy to reach with friendly staff ready to answer any questions. The grounds are kept clean and well manicured, and the campus is overall a very secure and safe place to be. They have pet friendly units as well as buildings dedicated to being pet

Used to live here two years ago with my long-term girlfriend. We loved it there and were very happy. Rent did go up a bit much and we moved and then she cheated on me. Probably unrelated, but just figured I’d add that in case these apartments were what was holding our relationship together. Always thought the walls and floors were super sound-proof but it turns out I was just the loud neighbor that every apartment building has.

I've called the front office and maintenance MANY times about noise complaints from the same neighbor and it seems like nothing helps. Extremely frustrating. Be ready to hear selfish neighbors blasting their music from 9 am till 2 in the morning!
Everything else is great, the staff is wonderful. Apartments are beautiful with great views. Love it here, just wish something would ACTUALLY be done about my trashy, inconsiderate neighbor. They are hindering the experience. I can't escape anywhere in my apartment without hearing their music.

I lived here from 2014-2019 and they were by far the best apartments that I’ve ever lived in. Everyone in the front office was super kind and helpful and on top of things. Maintenance was great - they came out twice a year to actually maintain the units (!), they responded to requests quickly, and were also literal angels to come over one day and remove a giant spider because I’m a huge baby. I actually cried a bit when I moved out because it had been such a good place to live for almost five years and all I can say is I would definitely recommend them for anyone moving to or within the Fort
