Well experienced driver from Ltl Freight to bulk cryogenics, local to otr. The way you as a driver sell yourself "with facts" shall open doors to the best companies out there. C.D.L and crew just makes it easier for these " I WANT TO WORK FOR COMPANIES" to get qualified and "QUALITY" drivers into their doors. Crew at C.D.L are straight up people. I respect that. Those that take up offense and get feelings hurt well Priscilla and crew know truck drivers and character along with humor can get you a long way. Companies dont want a DIVA with needs. C.D.L crew has been professional in VETTING drivers

I have worked for Casual Driver Leasing of Houston for approximately 2 years now. The staff found me the perfect job immediately. Debbie, Priscilla and Antoinette have been fully supportive with any problems i have encountered and have answered all of my questions. The lady in charge of this place very rude. I told her all bring back my SSN when things are ready, yell out i might not hire you. (ok fine) she when off on rant, I told her ok twice and she kept talking.
This company will not accept color copies of ID, medical long form etc. (in PDF) You have to do a paper application. Covid 19 is here people. Technology is KING! Don't help this company make money with your professional skills.

Complete waste of time. They advertise job openings that don't exist. They just want to get you into the office. I have signed in to CDL a couple of times and I find work on my own before they do but they have all these so called open positions. They waste your time and gas. They lady Percila is very very rude and unprofessional. I have called and left messages that they never followed up on. Then when they call you it's only because they need help with a job reference or need to correct a date of employment. Long story short they false advertise and mislead drivers so they can keep a fresh stock

So I have to say Antoinette was very helpful in the application process. She got me a water and asked if I needed anything else. I was looking for something closer to my house that was home nightly. Everyone there was extremely friendly and never pressured me into taking something I didn't want. I started working with one of their clients and they decided to buy me out of contract early. I have been with them since. Thank you Casual Driver for helping me find the right job for me.

Drivers STAY AWAY.. These people are joke! They flat out told me, I'm not qualified enough for them. I'm an OTR driver with winter driving experience. In addition, YOU have to do their job for them and call in everyday, they just outright Do NoT care about the drivers. The jobs they claim to have Do Not Exist, waste of time and effort. Finally, not once do they call you to check on you, verify anything, much less notify you that they no longer have a need for you. They just simply let your information fall through their unorganized system. I'll say it again, they Do Not Care about you.

I disagree with he comment above. I worked for this company in 2012 and made $800 or more a week. They even let me go when my mom passed. Percila is a great person. She was very nice like everyone else in the office. Great place to find some work to put food on the table until you find something more stable. I recommend this to anyone just looking to put food on the table for their family.
