Stayed 4 night. The room was not cleaned, not even once. 3 people stayed in one room, we were given 2 towels, when we called to ask for more they said sure, be right up, they never came. We had to go in to the employee laundry room to get more towels at 1 in the morning. We paid $260 a night and the room wasn’t cleaned once. Please please please go somewhere else.

Checked into hotel early right when you walked into the room a bad smell/foul odor was Very unwelcoming. Upon laying suit case on bed you can Visibly see mold on ceiling. Called the front desk and was offered a new room. Once waiting hours (5:30am-2pm) we were fed up after paying a early check in fee. I walked up to the front and explained my concerns and was offered “free food vouchers and free drink vouchers” and a new room once again. We denied it after waiting in the room for hours. We asked for a refund and we’re immediately refunded resort fees and early check in fees. Which was nothing

College dorm with sandy floors. 0 shower pressure or insulation in the walls. You hear everything, which is great when there are drunk people screaming in the hallways and live music playing at night. Lumpy beds and broken balcony door which the maintenance man attempted to fix for 10 minutes then shrugged and left. Would be a 1* if it wasn't for the fact that it's literally on the beach and has a decent restaurant and bar/waiting staff. Had a great time during my weekend here but it was in spite of the resort, not because of it.

The beach was great. However, the room was on the first floor, right next to the path to the beach so all day long we had people peering into our room. Also, the room was not clean. Dirt on the floor, the fridge was dirty and there was BLACK MOLD on the dehumidifier and the AC unit. The shower head dribbled out water when fully on and the ceiling also had mold all over it. For the price they charge you can get a clean room and a shower that works at a different hotel. Consider yourself warned. I looked at the reviews before booking and I'm shocked that this place received good marks. I will NEVER

Definitely read the reviews on other sites before booking a wedding or staying here.
I was verbally assaulted by a waitstaff during an event here. Apparently, this is a fairly common occurrence according to other reviews on here. Thankfully, I had read the reviews before and practically expected this to happen.
The restroom for event guests was as dirty as I would expect for the end of a stadium sporting event. I'll leave the rest to your imagination.
The food was terrible. We ended up going to the bar and buying something simple there to hold us over.

Place is fantastic and rooms were very clean. Great pool and the customer service is great. Only one issue was with a customer service clerk named Drew. We pulled up to registration and went to check in and after a bit my dad came out and said our rooms will be ready in 20-30 which he was told by Drew. After waiting about an hour my mom goes and checks and they said another hour. After that hour my dad goes and asks about the room with Drew and Drew said with attitude, "I told you it'd be couple of hours." My dad said you never said that you only said 20-30 minutes and Drew swore he never said
