I lived at the Park for 2 years. It was fine for the most part, things were alright. Unfortunately, during that time, rent increased pretty dramatically. Also, during my time there we were under quarantine and bus service as well as pool service stopped, reasonably so. What didn't stop were the huge amenity fees, despite no amenities being provided.
My biggest qualm, however, is the fact that our lease ended in May 2021, and we still have not gotten our deposit back, 8 months later. My roommate and I, whose names were both on the lease, requested that we get separate checks for the deposit - a

Future renters beware: if you move into a first or second floor apartment, be prepared to lose your mind to the noise overhead. The apartments at the park used to be military barracks, so the walls are so cheap and thin that you can hear absolutely everything. In your lease, it says management will ensure that quiet hours will be enforced and they will prevent loud and obnoxious noise from your neighbors, but they won't. You can call the front desk and they'll say they understand and then proceed to do nothing about it.
Our experience here has been loud and awful. The best thing management has

I'm extremely happy to rent this apartment at The Park of Arlington Ridge. The leasing consultant Josephine Azmitia was fantastic. She is so helpful and has perfect client service skills. The end to end process was so easy with her advice and everything went so smooth. She loves what she's doing and I would strongly recommend her service for any future resident.

The only reason you read good reviews is that management is helpful during the leasing process, then….
The blinds and screens in my apt have been broken since I moved in almost a year ago. I gave up trying to convince management to do their job. I have talked to everyone in management, the front desk, and maintenance about it. I have filled several requests online too. Yet, they continue to say sure we will solve.
I specifically said they did not have permission to enter my apartment without me being present, but once a man walked in my apartment without even knocking!
After that, another

I've been living at The Park at Arlington Ridge for 10 months and really enjoyed my stay here. My neighbors in my building, concierge, leasing staff and maintenance are nice. I always find parking close to my building. Unfortunately, the rent increase is too high, so we have decided not to renew our lease. I am going to miss this place.

My friend already lives in their one bedroom. We talked about moving to the two bedroom after her lease ends as roommates and they told us we would have to pay a transfer fee. We explained we will not move into the two bedroom until her lease is up and they said we still had to pay it. Does that makes sense?!
We called corporate and they apologized for the misinformation. They told us we absolutely do not have to pay a transfer fee if indeed her lease was up. You only pay a transfer fee if you are moving to another unit during the term of your lease.
I was turned off by the fact they couldn’t

I lived at the park for a little over a year and am personally very happy with my stay. When we moved in the apartment was very clean and the staff were helpful and attentive. They answered maintenance request quickly and the online portal was easy to use. My only 2 complaints are sometimes the hot water would run out (but rarely), and parking could be hard to find, had to walk a good amount sometimes to get to my apartment but you can pay an additional $75/month for a reserved garage spot if parking becomes an issue. Luke from the office was particularly great, he helped answer all our questions

I am a brand new resident still learning the ropes over at The Park and working with Desiree was smooth and easy. If there was an issue or a misunderstanding she addressed it and handled it quick & efficiently. With that being said I also want to give Mike, the night time property manager, a shout out because I had already locked myself out of my apartment and he was the first to assist me with getting into my apartment as well as taking the time in the middle of the night to give me a brief lay of the land. Mike also helped my brother, who was visiting out of town, find parking during late hours
