I came by to tour the place because it said it was newly remodeled and the pictures on the website looked really nice, but it did not look like that in person at all. The lady was super nice though!! The place wasn't bad but the website was really misleading. I was disappointed to hear there were no washer dryer hookups in the units and the laundry facility looked like no one had cleaned it in months.

I've lived here for almost two years.... while we havent had any concerns with the management or maintenance crew, they are both wonderful to work with. The neghborhood itself has gone hill since i have been here. There was a homicide in Somerset Square (right in front of us) in December 2020. I would definitely check with the neighbors and possibly the police dept. regarding the crime rate and statistics.

I have been looking for apartment from outside tje US. I was easily able to contact Kristy internationally and she turned out to be super helpful and made the application process so much easier. Not only she guided me step by step but helped me select the most appropriate plan according to my needs. I will be seeing my apartment soon and then writing a review about it too.

I don’t know what’s going on but the lady that works the front desk(I would assume it’s the lady that works the phone ) is very rude and was NOT cooperative when I needed to cancel my lease ! She constantly hung up the phone on me when I tried to call her and notify her and after dozens of phone calls she replies that “everything is fine you can delete the AppFolio app and your lease will be canceled” 1 month later (today) I get an email stating that I have a debt of $760 that’s been past due since the beginning of May ! Half of it was a payment for the “cancellation of lease “
