Thomason is a well-rounded physician and person. I learned after our visit that he has dedicated much of his professional career to mission trips around the world to help people. I'm impressed by his skill, communication with patients, and ability to treat the cause, not just the symptoms. I wish I had found him a long time before now.
I have seen Dr. Clay Rainer 4 times. He is by far the best doctor I have ever seen. He evaluates your consultation by listening, physical examination, studying your records, reviewing what you told the nurse, and spent 15 minutes showing and reviewing my MRI and other X-rays with me. I am in my 70's and for the first time finally, understand what is going on in my back.

Dr. Ranier seems to be competent at his job. Unfortunately, I do not like or agree with procedures in his practice. I am not sure how much control he has over those decisions but wanted him to be aware of my dissatisfaction. I have had two MRIs, 2-3 Xrays, After seeing Dr. Ranier in both appointments where he ordered the MRI, he scheduled injections without seeing the result of the MRI. On both occasions, I requested an opportunity to speak with Dr. Ranier about the findings prior

I have nothing but great results with Dr. Rainer! Been seeing him since February of this year. I've had two branch blocks to see if I was a candidate for a radio frequency ablation on my neck. I've had three neck surgeries in the past which did NOTHING for me!! Was put to sleep upon having this done. I felt somewhat better afterwards and it's been almost three months although I am starting to feel the same pain again and they said it should work at least six to nine months. I need to talk about this with him again. The whole staff there are pure perfection! I can't say enough about them and forgot

DO NOT go to Dr.Thomason. HE WILL RIP YOU OFF. Rather than just telling me over the phone, he had me make an appointment (4 weeks out, so he had PLENTY of time to review my medical records) so I had to take time off from work, fill out all the new patient paperwork, have a urinalysis, and pay $198.00ONLY for him to tell me he couldn't see me as a patient. The reasons? 1) I had faxed all my medical records myself (at the cost of $70.00 from Office Depot) after THEY REQUESTED THAT I DO SO. 2) I was Self-Pay because my insurance doesn't cover pain management and 3) I had an "unusually high" amount

Had seen 3 different ortho docs, been through PT twice and been treated by several chiropractors over a dozen years since a car accident. The benefit I received was very little and over the years, my pain grew worse (lower back and hips) After moving to Foley I was visiting my new GP and as I sat there in tears from the lack of sleep and the stress of the almost constant pain, she recommended Dr. Rainer. I took my MRI and visited him, expecting it to be yet another waste of my time. After an extensive explanation of my MRI and the issues that were causing me pain he answered all my questions and

I am a Snowbird and see Dr Thomason to order my prescriptions from my dr at home. I was treated like a drug seekers when Thomason cut my pain Med in half. One of the first things that was mentioned was a Injection. That was his goal, cut my medication in half and get a injection!!! Won’t be coming back here because with no doctor will go to Fort Myers next year.

I cry every time I leave here. I have never had doctors treat me so poorly. I wouldnt recommend going here even if it were your last option. I've been treated like a drug abuser, told that I'm too young to be in pain, had eyes rolled at me, etc. They dont spend time to actually listen to your symptoms, they dont seem to care, they're overall terrible. I've been diagnosed with 2 chronic illnesses that cause severe pain, but I have not received any relief the whole 5 months I've been seeing them. Find someone else!
