Industrial Wellness Rehab, Inc. is a family owned, outpatient rehabilitation company established in 1990. Our goal is to remain independently owned and operated as we continue to serve our clients and patients along the Gulf Coast for another 30 years! We provide comprehensive therapy programs customized for real people, using real conditions and our patients are achieving real results.
I had been having problems with my right shoulder for approximately 15 years because of an old softball injury. Beverly and her staff worked with me twice a week for one month, they also taught me how to rehabilitate my shoulder at home. My shoulder is much stronger now and I am able to resume doing the outdoor activities that I enjoy.

I would give this place no stars if it were possible. The equipment for the work conditioning is so out of date. Everything is rusted and torn, something are even held together with duct tape. No AC or heat in the work conditioning "warehouse"
I was in the off for a recheck post release today, I'm setting in the waiting room and a female therapist comes from the back and starts dropping F bombs at the receptionist. F this F that. Every unprofessional and rude. When I was called to the back the TV was so loud I couldn't here my therapist asking me questions. He asked that the TV be turned down

I just finished therapy, and It is my opinion that this is a 5 star facility!! The owner is a class act. Moreover the staff is consistent, demanding and friendly. Mrs Karen was great, Victoria was a immense benefit, and there is no word that can describe the whit and worth of Mrs Christian. Although they pushed me to the max, they did it in a way that brought me incredible progress, and maximum results. Thanks for all that you did on my behalf!!! Adric
