Coming from an 18 day stay in hospital, the staff at Princeton Place were so warm and welcoming. Even the drivers who transport you are so kind. I'm sooo thankful they found room for me here! 👏👏

Won’t return calls- my brother had to beg them to call the ambulance and they refused. They finally did and he was at the ER all night due to swelling around his heart. Avoid!!!!!-
EDIT- you don’t answer the phones!! How is refusing to take 10 seconds to call 911 quality care? You have also given him meds that he IS NOT prescribed- seriously? You just hand out narcotics to addicts? That’s quality care huh???!!
You refuse to answer his call light daily and yesterday he called me personally gasping for air because his oxygen tank ran out. And I called to seek help for him.

Not the best service. Some of the staff cares, but the rest don't. We asked for assistance for my father, and instead of the nurse assisting my father they complained. For his dinner tonight they gave him a sandwich with what looked like one slice of meat, and about five chips. The some of the staff is disgusting, also they are
rude most of the patients, they yell at most of the patients and treat them like they arent humans. If they don't like this job they should not be in the career choice. I'm disgusted with this service but sadly this was the only place that would take him.

There are a lot of thieves working here. They seemed ok on the surface, but...if you look deeper, you will find a lot of corruption. I bought my mother tons of nice clothes, and typically within a few months, all of them had been "misplaced" (stolen). One time, a staff member ordered $1,100 worth of clothes for her out of their "online store" and charged it to her account. The purchase was not authorized or even mentioned to the family members who manage her finances, and then mysteriously none of the clothes ever made it into my mother's closet. After my mother died due to negligence on the part

I usually do not do google reviews, however, I am amazed at the positive changes that have happened over the past couple of months. Natalie R. is such a hard working and caring individual and Sonia is amazing as well. They are doing great things for this facility!

Since we live out of State, we don't get to visit our brother nearly as much as we would like to, but it gives us comfort to see the same faces over & over again, year after year. The biggest give-away to the quality of any business is a large turn-over in staff, and that doesn't seem to happen here. We have asked our brother time and again to "tell us the truth" -- is everything okay, and he seems fine. FYI, he is no angel. For the first few years he was a very angry person. I don't know how the staff didn't just dump him off in a canyon somewhere. He has his favorites, and they take good care

My mom was there for rehabilitation after stroke and hip replacement. She was left unattended many times. And she had another stroke and nobody came to help her. We got there and realized she had a stroke and Dr. Bell came in and said she was fine. We demand she go to the hospital and indeed she had 3 more strokes. Nobody called us to tell us she fell and nobody called the ambulance so my mother was without proper treatment that could have helped her. And a neurological evaluation was not done till the ambulance got there 6 hrs after the stroke. The nurses don't respond in a proper timely manner

Worst place ever.
Had another patient come into wife's room and put hands in wifes food. When I said anything a cna said she felt threatened but the person kept coming back in the room. All we were told was " shes old and confused so we just let her roam"
Nurse call pulled at 450 pm had to go downstairs to have respitory paged. Nurse said shes a nurse and doesnt answer nurse calls. No nurse came in til AFTER wife had a seizure after 900 pm . 4 hrs 10 minutes after nurse was called.
When you complain they withhold care and purposely made my wife worse to try and force her to stay

We came from out of town to visit my Moms aunt who was put in this facility by her sons and just the outside looked uninviting. When you walk in, there is a smell that hits you in the face to where someone like me who is sensitive almost threw up. The staff just socialize and play on their cell phones and really pay no mind to the people in their care. I thought this was a home for the elderly but it looks like it's also for the disabled, drug addicts who are in rehabilitation and homeless who need a bed to sleep in. This place needs to be shut down!

Called this place and they could not help me locate one of their employees. They didn't even know that person existed. No excuses for that.

This is probably one of my least favorite adult assisted living facility. It is dirty, it has a unpleasant scent and there are patients sitting everywhere in the Halls calling out for help or for assistance and the staff is just sitting behind the desk. On my last visit there was this elderly woman sitting in a wheelchair crying for help and as we walked by she grabbed my arm and asked me to help her I said I will get help for you and I told the staff behind the desk that she needed help they shook their head and said yes then as I continued to walk down the hall there was another gentleman sitting
