Urban Farm Girl Flowers began as a way to get involved in the local Black Mountain Tailgate Market. That passion grew across our two farms, and now includes custom CSA bundles, local delivery, and weddings and events. We are still active at the Black Mountain Tailgate Market, so be sure to visit us there!
Services
We grow our own flowers and design arrangements for weddings, events, and local deliveries. Our background is in architecture where we learned the essentials of design, color, texture, and form. We use that skill to create stunning floral arrangements with our locally grown and sourced flowers for any look you can imagine.
We have a flower stand at our Black Mountain farm where you are welcome to pick up your ordered arrangement or bundle. Contact Elaine to schedule a pick up time. Please note: if you are requesting flowers less than 48 hours before your preferred delivery date, please call us at 828-989-0824 to confirm we are available.
We are very excited to offer our new Flower Share Community Supported Agriculture (CSA) program! In becoming a member of our CSA program, you'll be investing in each coming season by helping us maintain and enhance our farm and floral design business; a great way to support local agriculture and help build our community!

If you'd like florals at a welcome table of some kind, please describe where and what you're envisioning. I used Urban Farm Girl for my wedding flowers and had a great experience. Communication was great - Elaine was so responsive throughout the entire process which made everything stress-free. Since I was coming from out of town, Elaine was flexible with me picking the flowers up late, ensuring that I’d have the flowers ready to go for the next morning. Extra care was taken with packing the flowers as well, so they looked perfect. I definitely recommend working with Elaine/Urban Farm Girl.

Elaine and Kelsey did an amazing job at picking out the most gorgeous flower arrangements for our wedding! Everything that we were looking for, they were able to bring it to life, and it looked even better than we imagined! The green and white bouquets for me and the bridesmaids were beautiful! The table centerpieces with the greenery and candles tied everything together for our theme. They were very responsive and easy to communicate with. We highly recommend Urban Farm Girl Flowers!

I knew I wanted a wildflower bouquet for my elopement, but Urban Farm Girl Flowers went above and beyond! I absolutely loved my colorful bouquet and my husband's boutonniere. I shared a picture of what my husband would be wearing, and they put strawberries in the bout to match his tie...I mean c'mon! Perfect.

Elaine and Kelsey and the entire Urban Farm Girl Flowers team is absolutely AMAZING. They are so kind and understanding, they answer to emails and calls promptly. My flowers on my wedding day we BEAUTIFUL. I couldn't have imagined a more perfect bouquet. Urban Farm Girl was the florist for our wedding, and we were so impressed by how beautiful everything turned out. Elaine made our vision come to life, from the bridal and bridesmaid bouquets to the centerpieces to the archway decoration at our ceremony - everything was absolutely stunning and exactly what we'd hoped for. Elaine was really nice to work with, and she was flexible when we had to change our date due to COVID. There was zero flower stress on our wedding day - Elaine worked with our venue and everything seemed to magically appear without us having to lift a finger. We would highly recommend

We were absolutely blown away by Elaine. We were referred to Urban Farm Girl for our wedding and we are so thankful we found her! Our flowers were more beautiful, bright, and perfectly arranged then we could’ve imagined.
