Love this place!!! Every plant we’ve gotten from there is big, healthy and beautiful. We will ALWAYS go there first to get our plants. The people there are very helpful and personable. They get a 100 out of 10 from us !!!

In love with this place. Fabulous selection of plants, ranging from hardy hydrangeas to rows of wave petunias. Everyone is very friendly and all ages are welcome. On the friday I visited they had a drum circle class in the back, it was like a dream having the sounds of the drums and natural fountain all around while drinking a beautiful glass of pinot noir. Tons of nature to be found strolling the grounds, lots of birds, chipmunks, and bunnies. We will definitely be visiting again.

We love Mellow. She is smart, sweet. Hard working, and good at plant issues. She also has a wine bar!
We just bought some plants. Hers are stronger and prettier than the big box stores.

The best garden shop ever! and our go-to for a girls-night wine. My veggies from there this summer were crazy amazing and abundant not to mention, all of our beautification at our clinic, studio, and home! We are so thankful to have Mellie Mac's Garden Shack in Black Mountain NC! Thank you for ALL you do for our amazing town! you make it amazing!

I adore this place!! They have beautiful plants, planters and great wine! I love the atmosphere inside and they have a ton of great outdoor space, too, perfect for a sunny Spring day. Also, Abby, who works there, is the sweetest person and great to talk to! I highly recommend stopping by here if in Black Mountain!
Oh and make sure you try the yummy meat and cheese board!

Very pleasant garden & delicious lunch. We sat by the water feature. We had the fried chicken salad with 3 sides. Large enough portions to split between 2 of us. A small town favorite lunch spot. Fast service, eager to please staff.
